HIGHLY INTELLIGENT…The IVBG ’s unique downflow design causes material separation before dust-laden air contacts the filtration media. Dirty air enters the baghouse and strikes a diffuser plate, forcing heavier particles to separate and drop out. Lighter particles are trapped by the filter bags as air passes through. Clean air exhausts through the top of the unit. A pulse jet on-line cleaning system provides reliable, continuous duty and easy maintenance. Filter bags are enclosed in metal cages to provide support and protect filters, while IVEC intelligent controls can reduce air-to-cloth ratio by 40%, further prolonging filter life.

…AMAZINGLY FLEXIBLEIVBH’s modular baghouse design ranges from 1000-36,000 ft² of filter area, with capacity from 10,000 to more than 100,000 CFM. It’s well suited to a wide range of temperature and ambient environments, including hygroscopic conditions.

3 styles of baghouses — Side removal, top removal, and top removal with walk-in plenum. “Standard” design on top removal baghouses includes raised air header and extended valves for easy maintenance

Easily replaceable pipe unions — Air piping for the cleaning system is constructed with standard pipe unions. We don’t use “half couplings”

Eliminate confined space entry permits — Top removal design allows for removal of bags from “clean” side of the baghouse

Wide-ranging filter options — Available with options to conform to multiple NFPA standards and guidelines, including NRV Valves and Abort Gates. We can provide all types of filtration media, specific to your application
