caSe STudieS
ISSue: The World Bank was due to take delivery of series of new armoured vehicles for use in hostile environments by their staff. They were concerned that drivers would not be able to use them in a manor they were intended.
SOLuTIOn: Longmoor Training developed a bespoke course that focussed on familiarising The World Bank staff with the dynamics of the vehicles and their effective use in an ambush situation.
ReSuLT: The World Bank drivers gained confidence in using the vehicles effectively and the security of key World Bank personnel whilst on the move has been improved as a result.
ISSue: Group 4 Securicor cash in transit staff were being robbed whilst moving cash between the clients’ premises and the van. This was costing them approximately £1m per week.
SOLuTIOn: Longmoor Security & Protection tasked semi-covert operatives to provide surveillance on G4s vans working in high risk areas. The teams notified the van drivers of potential threats and were prepared to carry out arrests.
ReSuLT: The presence of Longmoor Security & Protection operatives stopped thefts in the geographical area we were working. This ongoing project has now been rolled out to other Cities throughout the uK.
ISSue: Longmoor Risk Management were tasked by Advance Jets to provide a Risk Assessment for a HnWI who was contemplating a business trip to a hostile region.
SOLuTIOn: Having looked at the political stability and crime statistics of the region Longmoor Risk Management provided a report detailing the potential risks to the client.
ReSuLT: On the findings of Longmoor Risk Management the client decided that the trip would go ahead, but with close protection. Longmoor Security& Protection provided a team that ensured the client could continue with his business without having to worry about his personal safety.

LongmoorTraining
I decided that the best provider of such a course would be Longmoor Group. The course was four weeks of intensive training based on the Royal Military Police CP course and covered many subjects, including close quarter combat, weapons, driving, and anti-ambush techniques.The standard of instruction was second to none so the standard achieved was superb. The course was mainly conducted in the UK and included a firearms package in Geneva,Switzerland. Although very challenging, it was also very enjoyable due to the quality and professionalism of the instructors. I have nothing but praise for the whole experience and would have no problem recommending the course to anyone.
