Cooperation with Religious Moslems Association leaders (MajelisUlama) to issue strong recomendation (Fatwa): that IPR infringement is absolutely prohibited (haram)

Improving DGIPR website as source of information of IPR

1. Pemberian insentif pendaftaran HKI bagi Sekolah Kejuruan, Universitas, dan UKM/UMKM serta Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan, dimulai sejak 2010 (2014: 1 Milyar rupiah)

2. Pembayaran Biaya Tahunan Paten menjadi “Rp 0,-” untuk Tahun ke 1 – 5 bagi Lembaga Pendidikan, Litbang, dan UKM/UMKM serta Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan (berlaku mulai 2014)

3. Pemberian insentif biaya tahunan paten untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan paten2 dari pemohon dalam negeri, (Rp 700 juta diusulkan dalam ijin peningkatan penggunaan PNBP DJHKI, mulai 2014)
