Intellectual property is something that

is created in a person’s mind.

Copyright is a law protecting a creator’s

work.

One thing I learned is you cannot steal music

from the Internet.

Another thing I learned is you can not transfer

something from the Internet to the computer.

Giving Credit to the Creator

• You can use someone else’s work but you must give them credit.

• You should ask the creator for permission.

• If you use a direct quote you must use their exact words.
