• NAS Joint Reserve Base Willow Grove

• EMS reviewed in May 04 Found to be very good

• Recycling efforts netted >$50K

• Consolidated HAZMAT Reutilization , Inventory and Management Program

• Cradle to Grave management of HAZMAT within Navy

• Currently transitioning to regional level
