WritingWriting Ingredients:Pork, Chopped cabbage, Mushrooms, Dumpling skins1.Cut the pork and the mushrooms into pieces. Mix the pork, mushrooms, chopped cabbage together in a bowl.

2.Spoon some of the mixture onto the skins and fold them.

3.Steam the dumplings over boiling water for about 10 minutes or fry in a pan of oil for 2 or 3 minutes until they are yellow or boil them in a pan of water.
