In the early 2000’s brands and companies used to focus on SEO Management, this was just used to optimize a company’s search result. Later came sites like orkut,facebook,twitter and many more. Where in Orkut was not able to reach its actual potential as Facebook overtook Orkut’s popularity by a stride. In the current situation of India, where in a population of 1.2 Billion, India alone has 100 million plus face book users. Which is the second largest user of Facebook after US and will soon overtake US. Overall face book has more than 50 million pages globally. Which majorly include brand and company pages.
