Who We Are Founded in 1972 as Aqua-Terra Supply, we began life as a hardware supplier of hand tools and general supplies. Over the years, we eventually evolved to cover an increasingly broad spectrum of products and services in the Oil & Gas/Offshore industries.
In 2004, we conducted a successful IPO on the SESDAQ of the Singapore Stock Exchange. A mainboard listing was achieved 2 years later and was followed by 3 consecutive years of Singapore’s Fastest Growing 50 award, from 2007 to 2009.
In 2010, AquaTerra came under the umbrella of AT&S Group.
Revitalized with a new direction and impetus, AquaTerra, with the support of our parent company AT&S, has at our disposal a wide range of resources and technical expertise to draw upon. AquaTerra has established a legacy in hose development, assembly and manufacturing. Our in-house brand Aquaflex™ exhibits a whole gamut of low-pressure hoses for various applications. We ensure that every hose supplied to our customer has attained the highest level of quality and product reliability. Each hose is specially designed and developed before it is tested and certified. The company has a full-fledged, dedicated Offshore and Industrial Hose Division, which concentrates and builds on our ability and expertise to design, develop, produce, test, certify and market our own range of hoses and fittings. These changes also brought about the optimization of production technology to maximize product quality.
With more than 30 years of experience and expertise in the supply and assembly of hose systems, coupled with our production, testing and warehouse facilities, a qualified team of marketing and sales engineers, QA/QC engineer, production specialists and technicians, we are confident to meet the demands of our valued customers.
In our range of Aquaflex™ hoses, 2 of our products (Rotary Vibrator & Drilling Hose and Cementing Hoses) have been API-7K certified. These hoses are made using only the best materials.

Our subsidiary company, Oceanic Offshore Engineering Pte Ltd, is one of Singapore’s most prominent marine solutions providers around today. Founded in 2003, Oceanic has been a part of the AquaTerra Group of Companies since 2010. They are one of the largest stockists in the region, specialising in a comprehensive range of top quality marine equipment, such as steel wire ropes, anchors, anchor chains and its related components.
In addition to supplying marine equipment, Oceanic has built capabilities and expertise in related services such as fabrication and rigging. They house a rigging plant, fully equipped with warehousing facilities and a comprehensive range of machinery to facilitate their services. In 2016, they became an approved test centre, and have a team of qualified and LEEA-certified inspectors carrying out testing and recertification of various marine equipment.
