« C’est une expérience positive et enrichissante de part et d’autre à plusieurs niveaux. Cette expérience nous fait prendre conscience davantage du privilège d’être en bonne santé mentale et de vivre dans des conditions qui la favorise. Cette expérience nous fait réaliser l’importance de notre rôle comme employeur-superviseur dans l’amélioration des conditions de travail des employés et par le fait même, de leur santé… »

« On est jamais à l’abri des problèmes de santé mentale. On ne sait jamais quand ça peut nous arriver. Alors pour une organisation comme la nôtre, si on peut aider et qu’on a les ressources, on le fera. (…)Toute organisation devrait le faire ».

«Il ne faut pas se leurrer, ce n’est pas seulement nous qui aidons les stagiaires. Ils nous apportent une dimension humaine. Ça nous force à mieux gérer nos relations interpersonnelles. Quand j’accueille des gens, le stagiaire y trouve son profit parce qu’il apprend à réapprivoiser un environnement de travail, mais mon environnement apprend aussi à faire preuve d’ouverture »,
