Dear Hilton hotel

I read about your hotel on Internet. You seem to offer the kind of facilities I’m looking for.

My friends and I are planning to visit to paris for vacation. Do you have two rooms availablefor five nights on July? We plan to stay from July 7 to July 12, 2012. We need the following :● Rooms: two double rooms with two single beds● We require half board

Does your hotel offer airport shuttle service? If so, can you please pick us up at the airportat 3:30 P.M. on July 7? Also, one of my friends is blind. Does your hotel have an elevatorwith braille elevator buttons?

I have two more questions:● How far is it by foot to the nearest shopping mall?● Can you send me more informations about the city bus tour in Paris?

Sincerely

Hyo-ri Lee

Dear Hilton Hotel, (add a comma)

I read about your hotel on the Internet. You seem to offer the kind of facilities I am looking for.

My friends and I are planning to visit (delete “to”) Paris for vacation. Do you have two rooms available for five nights in July? We plan to stay from July 7 to July 12, 2012. We need the following: (no extra space before the colon)● Rooms: two double rooms with two single beds● We require half board

Does your hotel offer airport shuttle service? If so, can you please pick us up at the airportat 3:30 P.M. on July 7? Also, one of my friends is blind. Does your hotel have an elevatorwith braille elevator buttons?

I have two more questions:● How far is it on foot to the nearest shopping mall?● Can you send me more information (delete “s”) about the city bus tour in Paris?

Sincerely, (add a comma)
