Real-time e-mail address lookup of the LDAP server databasemakes sending files even easier. An additional 2,000 e-mail addressstorage capacity plus the ability to manually enter e-mail addressesprovides virtually unlimited sending capacity. Scan-to-Email also allowsrecipients to print in color reducing the use of dial-up fax services.

Scan-to-Folder boosts productivity of networked workgroups bysending images directly to a Windows network folder. Up to 1,000 shared-folder designations can be stored.

Scan-to-FTP circumvents file-size limitations on e-mail attachmentsand minimizes network traffic by sending scanned images directly to an FTP server. Files may be shared outside the network and betweendifferent operating systems so any user with access rights can browse the FTP directory and conveniently add, delete or download documents.
