Instructions Regarding the Ceremonial Attire for Gentlemen Officer Trainees

All the gentlemen officer trainees will be required to wear Black Buttoned-up suit –

Band Gala on the ceremonial functions including the inaugural function in the initial

weeks of the joining. Hence they are directed to bring it along with them at the time of

joining. However to facilitate the gentlemen Officer Trainees, the services of a tailor will

be made available in the academy on 21st, 22nd and 23rd Dec. 2014. The interested ones

can contact Mr Rao through phone at 09423105518 in this matter. Interested officers can

inform the dimensions for their Bandgala suits to Mr Rao in advance so as to ensure timely

delivery of their order in the academy. Please note that this is optional and will be sole

responsibility of OT. The measurements for the Bandgala suit have to taken as per the

below mentioned chart – Band Gala
