Instructions on using Microsoft eAcademy WebsiteOverview

This Quick Reference Guide shows how to register on the Microsoft eAcademy to download software media and licence keys.

InstructionsTo authenticate and register on Microsoft eAcademy for downloading software media and licence keys, please follows the process below:

1. Go to http://nsw.dec.onthehub.com to access the eAcademy Website and click on Sign In link

2. Click on Register button.

3. Enter your SRN (you can locate this 9 digit number in the top right hand corner of your desktop screen or you can ask your TSO) and then click Continue.

4. Enter your details and click Register. Please use your personal email address in Email Address field.

5. Click on Continue Shopping.

6. In Welcome to the NSW Department of Education & Communities Software Fulfilment Centre screen, Click on Start Shopping.

7. Select Microsoft Windows 7.

8. Click on Add to Cart.

9. Click on Continue Shopping for MS Office 2010.

10.Select Microsoft Office 2010 for PC or Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac (you cannot choose both) and then click on Add to Cart.

11.Click on Check Out.

12.Click on Continue.

13. Type Student Reference Number and Signature (type name) and click on I Accept to accept Microsoft Student Licence Agreement.

14.Click on Proceed With Order.

15.Note down your Product Keys. This will also emailed to your address provided during account registration.
