This is easily repaired using our 105 adhesive caulk. First, sand down any raised wood around the gouge. A second form of damage that can occur isscraping which can happen if a roller seizes orif a roller cuts into the bottom of the floor. It iseasily repaired with an adhesive backedpolyethylene strip and 105 adhesive caulk.

Sand off any roughness.

Apply the 105 adhesive caulk to theback of the strip.6

Remove the protective mylar fromthe doublestick tape.

Apply the strip to the floor.

Allow the floor to cure for 24 hoursbefore operating the floor.10

Roll the strip to flatten the adhesivebeads and make a good bond withthe floor.9
