Sometimes screws holding down the glide barcan work loose and gouge the floor. This iseasily repaired using our 105 adhesive caulk.

First, sand down any raisedwood around the gouge.

Instructions for Repairing Slide Out Floors

Fill the gouge with the105 adhesive caulk.2

Smooth out the 105 adhesivecaulk with a putty knife.

Allow to cure 24 hours beforeoperating the floor.

A second form of damage that can occur isscraping which can happen if a roller seizes orif a roller cuts into the bottom of the floor. It iseasily repaired with an adhesive backedpolyethylene strip and 105 adhesive caulk.

Sand off any roughness.

Apply the 105 adhesive caulk to theback of the strip.6

Remove the protective mylar fromthe doublestick tape.

Apply the strip to the floor.

Allow the floor to cure for 24 hoursbefore operating the floor.10

Roll the strip to flatten the adhesivebeads and make a good bond withthe floor.9
