How to Add Data Sharing Permissions for a Funding Agency (1 of 6)

1. Click Data Transfer on the module menu bar and Data Sharing on sub module menu bar. The Maintain Sharing Permissions screen displays.

2. Click Add New Sharing Permissions under the Sharing Permissions section of the screen.

3. Select the name of the funding agency to create sharing permissions with.

4. Click Continue.

5. If you want to narrow your list of program models, enter data for Source Agency, Community Plan Year or Program Model Basis and click Filter.

• If you choose not to Filter program models, all of your program models will display.

• The screen will refresh and the filtered program models will display under the Select Program Models to Share section of the screen. Notice that the program models have filtered based on the 2006 Community Plan Year. Only Program Models for the 2006 Community Plan Year display.

6. Click the checkbox to the left of each program model funded by the Virginia Department of Health.

7. Click View to see more information about a particular program model.

8. Click Add to List.

9. The Add Sharing Permissions – Select Program Models screen will refresh to include the Program Models to Share section of the page.

10. To remove a program model, click the checkbox next to the program model and click Remove.

11. Click Continue.

12. The Add Sharing Permissions – Confirm screen displays.

13. Click Submit.

The Maintain Sharing Permissions screen displays. The new sharing permission will be listed under the Sharing Permissions section of the screen.
