    INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES APPLIED FOR STOREKEEPER

    1. You are requested to report for recruitment test at 0900 hours on 01 Mar2014 at the following address:-

    Command GymnasiumKOHLI STADIUM Navy Nagar, ColabaMumbai 400 005

    Bus Route:- From Churchgate Railway Station Bus No, 137 Navy NagarFrom CST Railway Station- Bus No. 3, 11, & 125 Bus Stop

    2. A recent passport size photograph of yourself be affixed on the place markedthe Call letter and the call letter should be brought in original along with you. Thiswill be treated as Admit Card to the Recruitment venue otherwise you will not bepermitted to the Recruitment Test.

    3. You should be in possession of the following items for the recruitment test:-

    (a) Clip Pad/Writing Board(b) Black Jotter Refill Pen, Soft Pencil HB, Eraser, etc(c) Water Bottle(d) One Photo Identity Card such as Adhar Card, Driving License, Passport,

    Voter I. Card etc along with admit Card(e) Employment Exchange Registration number if any.(f) Photo copy of Certificate of Educational qualifications.

    (g) Photocopy of Valid Caste certificate if applicable.(h) Photo copy of School Leaving Certificate/Date of birth certificate(j) Experience Certificate

    4. Important Instructions :-

    (a) Your Candidature to the Recruitment Test is provisional subject to beingfound eligible in all respects.(b) Mobile Phones, Calculators or any of IT gadgets are not allowed insidethe premises/precincts where the recruitment test is being conducted.(c) No daily/traveling allowance will be admissible for your journey fromresidence to the above venue and back.

    (d) You have to make your own arrangements for boarding and lodging etcfor the Recruitment Test and data, time and venue for the candidatesprovisionally selected for Interview would be intimated subsequently on thewebsite www.irfc-nausena.nic.in (e) Companion, if any, would not be allowed to the venue or in its proximity.It is therefore, advised not to bring any companion.(f) Candidates are advised not to bring any valuable/costly items to therecruitment test as safe keeping of the same cannot be assured. ThisHeadquarters will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.

    (g) Candidates should check admit card carefully and bring thediscrepancies, if any to the notice of the Invigilator before the examination.(h) The questions will be of objective type with multiple choice answers.

    The Syllabus for the test comprises the candidate s understanding of EnglishLanguage at matriculate level, General awareness of the candidates whichincludes Current Affairs, General MentalAbility and Basic Knowledge ofComputers.

    ` (j) You are directed to undertake the recruitment test at your own risk i.e.after verifying that you fulfill the qualifications in the advertisement andadmission to the test is purely provisional.(k) The candidate must note that the Headquarters takes up the verificationof eligibility condition i.e. age, education qualification etc with reference tooriginal documents only those candidate who qualify in the recruitment test.Unless the candidature is formally confirmed by this Headquarters it continuesto be provisional. (l) Ineligibility is detected at any stage before or after the Test or thecandidature would be rejected.(m) The candidate must abide by the instructions and such furtherinstructions as may be given by Invigilator of the recruitment test. If thecandidate fails to do so or indulges in disorderly or improper conduct, he/shewill render himself/herself liable to expulsion from the recruitment test and/orsuch other punishment as the competent may deem fit to impose.(n) You will be expected to maintain discipline inside premises, failure towhich, you will be disqualified from the examination.

    5. Please also note that if you fail to attend on the date and time indicated above, your candidature will be treated as cancelled.

    6. If the name of a candidate is appearing in the list but the Call Letter is notreceived due to postal delay, the candidate is allowed to report to the Recruitment TestVenue with the necessary identity proof in original as mentioned at para 3(d) above.
