This class has provided a new view on the use of technology in
the classroom.The class had me work with a web 2.0 tool in my
classroom, and explore other web 2.0 tools.
6. What was learned continued
This class had me explore the district technology standards,
and agree or disagree with these standards.
7. Internet Safety
This class talked about using the Internet, and how to help
students be safe on the Internet
8. What was applied in student teaching
During my first placement, there was little to no use of
technology in the classroom.The most technology that was used was
watching a DVD.My second placement had be working with a SMART
board.

I used the SMART board more than the teacher did.I had the
students play games using a web 2.0 tool, and other games on the
Internet. My last placement, has a Mimio.The Mimio is rarely used
because it is broken half of the time.When it is working, we use it
for games on the subjects we are learning.
10. Future Classroom
In my future classroom, I will implement the use of the
technology in the classroom.I will also look into having an
electronic grading book to help lessen the amount of time figuring
out the grades.
