Install Bumper Stabilizer1. Measure and drill three Ø.281" holes for bumper
stabilizer in rear bumper. See Figure 7.
IMPORTANT: All drilled holes must be exactly 1.8" below the top edge of the bumper to ensure that the bumper stabilizer is parallel to the top edge of the bumper when installed.
2. Secure bumper stabilizer (item 16) to bumper with three 1/4 x 5/8" hex bolts (item 12) and three 1/4" nylon flange lock nuts (item 13). Fully tighten.
3. Use a clamp to secure bumper stabilizer (item 16) to side of bumper. See Figure 8.
4. Using the hole in the bumper stabilizer as a guide, drill a Ø.281" hole into bumper from the inside of unit. See Figure 9.
5. Secure bumper stabilizer with two 1/4 x 5/8" hex bolts (item 12) and two 1/4" nylon flange lock nuts (item 13).
6. Repeat "Install Bumper Stabilizer" steps 3 – 5 on other side.
Prepare Radiator Isolation Subassembly1. Install six rubber radiator isolators (item 5) and
six 1/4 x 1/2" hex bolts (item 6) on radiator. Tighten to 100 – 110 in-lbf. Do not overtighten. See Figure 10.
2. Turn radiator over and mount radiator isolation channel (item 2) to rubber radiator isolators. Secure with six 1/4" nylon flange lock nuts (item 13). Do not overtighten. See Figure 11.
IMPORTANT: Be careful to not damage radiator core fins.

Install Hood Support1. Clean underside of hood with degreaser and let dry.
2. Apply four self-adhesive foam strips (item 4) around edge of radiator opening on underside of hood. See Figure 12.
NOTE: Trim the foam to fit.
3. Install rear hood support (item 8) to hood. Secure with eight 1/4 x 5/8" red round head square neck bolts (item 11) and eight 1/4" nylon flange lock nuts (item 13). Fully tighten. See Figure 13.
Install Draw Latch1. Using the hole in the bumper stabilizer as a guide,
drill a Ø.281" hole into bumper from the inside of unit. See Figure 14.
2. Secure latch keeper bracket (item 10) to hood with two 1/4 x 1/2" hex bolts (item 12) and two 1/4" nylon flange lock nuts (item 13). Fully tighten. See Figure 15.
3. Repeat "Install Draw Latch" steps 1 – 2 on other side.
4. Reinstall gas shocks using hardware removed earlier.

5. Install hood locator weldment (item 18) onto bumper stablizer. Secure with two 1/4" flange nuts (item 7). Do not fully tighten. See Figure 16.
6. Repeat previous step on other side.
7. Measure and mark a spot 1 1/4" below the top edge of bumper for top hole of latch (item 17). Drill a Ø.281" hole. See Figure 17.
8. Install latch using one 1/4 x 1/2" hex bolt (item 12) and 1/4" nylon flange lock nut (item 13) in top hole of latch.
9. Close hood and latch to check alignment with latch bracket. Make sure latch rod fits securely into the latch bracket.
NOTE: The latch rod may be adjusted for better alignment.
10. When latch is properly aligned, measure and mark the spot for bottom hole of latch. Drill a Ø.281" hole. See Figure 17.
11. Install one 1/4 x 1/2" hex bolt (item 12) and one 1/4" nylon flange lock nut (item 13) in bottom hole of latch.
12. Repeat "Install Draw Latch" steps 7 – 11 on other side.
Install Radiator1. Install radiator hood mount (item 1) using hardware
removed earlier.
2. Open hood and insert radiator under hood. Secure with six 5/16" nylon flange lock nuts (item 3). Do not overtighten.
3. Close hood and check alignment with hood locator weldments. When properly aligned, hand tighten bolts on hood locator weldments; then open hood and fully tighten bolts.
4. Reinstall two radiator hoses and overflow hose.
5. Reinstall electrical connection to fan.
6. Fill the radiator. Run the unit until engine is warm. Stop engine and carefully check radiator fluid level. Add if necessary.
NOTE: It may be necessary to cut or remove material from the hood for the radiator cap to properly install.
7. Install radiator cover and secure with knob removed earlier.
