30m known compounds; 5m XRC-able 2.5m investigated but only 350K curated by

the World Data Centre NCC can solve 10-15 crystals per day, but it

a traditional paper has 2 datasets in it and takes 3 days to write

IUCr backing IRs as a way of publishing crystallographic data

Helping to roll out the NCC’s archive to other universities (ICL, Cam, N-u-T by Xmas)

Harvesting across these to collate and validate
