    1. IMM INTRODUCTION

    1.1 IMM system introduction

    IMMsystemistheshortnameofIntelligentManager.Itconsistsofthreeparts:IMMsoftware,M-interfacewebgatewayandV4+outdoorunitrefrigerantsystem.TheIMMsystemcanconnect4M-interfacegatewaysatmost,totallycouldjoinup64refrigerantsystems.TheIMMsoftwarecancommunicatewithnetworkandM-INTERFACEgateway,tocontrolandmanagetherefrigerantsystem.TheIMMsystemframeworkastheFig.1-1display.

    IMMsoftwareinstalledinthecomputer,andtheM-INTERFACEgatewayconnectstothecomputerthroughLANport.LaptopandPadcanvisitWEBpageofM-INTERFACEthroughwirelessnetwork.

    1.2 Models which could be inserted

    1) Projectswhichdonotneedelectricquantitydivision:canfreelyinsertV4+units.

    2) Projectswhichneedelectricquantitydivision:connecttheV4+seriesoutdoorunitsandindoorunits,andwiringtheM-netterminalcommunicationwirefromtheoutdoorside.

    3) Details consult relevant technical personnel.

    1.3 IMM network introduction

    IMMsoftwareincludesserversoftware,cline-sidesoftwareanddatabasesoftware.Installtheserversoftwareandthedatabasesoftware in thesamecomputer, thiscomputerandtheM-INTERFACEshouldbeinthesamesubnetsegment(fordetails,pleasereferto3.1).Thecline-sidecanconnecttotheserverthroughthelocalorremotenetwork.

    1.3.2 Remote network connection

    Theclient-sideandserveralsocanusetheremotenetwork(VPN)connection.VPNhasrouterestablishingandcomputerestablishingmethods,andtheremotenetworkconnectionneedssomeITknowledgeandneedstheITprofessionalstoassist.1) Routerestablishing

    2. SOFTWARE INSTALLATION

    2.1 Installation preparation

    BeforetheIMMsoftware installation, itneedstomakesuretheair-conditioningsystemoperatednormally,M-INTERFACEgatewayworkednormally, thecommunicationbetweenM-INTERFACEgatewayandair-conditioningsystemwasnormal,and itneedstomeet thefollowinghardwareandsystemrequirements.

    2.2 Software installation

    About thedetailspleaseconsult relevant technicalpersonnel.Thissystemneedstoberegularlycheckedbytheprofessionaltoensureitrunscorrectly.

    3. SETTING

    3.1 IP address setting

    Default IPofM-INTERFACEgateway is192.168.100.40,subnetcovercode is255.255.255.0.TheM-INTERFACEgateand IMMservermustbestayed in thesamesubnetwork, twowaysofrealization:amendtheM-INTERFACEgateIPandconfigurethestaticstateIPforserver.

    3.1.1 Configure static IP

    Generallyconfiguresingle IP, if the IPaddressofcomputercannotbeamended, thenconfigureseveralIP.Methodsasfollow(Takewindows7systemforexample):1)ConfiguresingleIP

    OpenthepropertydialogueboxtoconfiguretheIPaddressandsubnetcovercode,forexample:IP:192.168.100.44,subnetcovercode:255.255.255.0.

    2)ConfigureseveralIP

    BeforeconfigureseveralIP,itneedtoconfigureastatisticIPaddress.Openthepropertydialoguebox,selectthe“Advanced”,anddisplaytheTCP/IPsettingdialogueboxasfollow:

    Click the “Add” button in IP address bar, add a IP address in the same net areawith“192.168.100.40”,e.g.:IP:192.168.100.101,subnetcovercode:255.255.255.0,andthenclick the“Add”button.

    3.1.2 Amend gateway IP

    BeforeamendingtheIPaddressofM-INTERFACEgateway,itneedsacomputertovisittheWEBpageofM-INTERFACE,thenentertheIPaddressamendingpagethroughthecomputer.Thepagedisplayasfollow:

    3.2 Software operation setting

    Beforesoftwareoperation,set theserversoftware,client-sidesoftwareanddatabasesoftware.Aboutthedetailssettingpleaseconsultrelevanttechnicalpersonnel.Aftersetting, insertthedongle(dongleisonlyusedforthissystem,pleasekeepthedongleproperly),andstarttheserversoftwareandthenstarttheclient-sidesoftware.

    4.1 User login

    OperatetheIMMclient-sidesoftware,popupthelogininterfaceasthefollowdisplay:

    After“Connecttotheserversuccessfully”wasdisplayedatthelowerleftofthelogininterface,thencan carry out the login operations. Stepsofcarryingouttheloginoperationsasfollow:1)Typeinuser’spassword,thedefaultisuser;2)Choosewhethersavethepassword;3)Click[OK]tocarryoutlogin;4)Click[Cancel]toexitthispage;

    Whenclickedthe“OK”button,afterloginsuccessfully,thenenterintothesystemhomepage.Ifloginfailed,pleaserefertoAppendix5.1.

    4.2 User log out

    Clicktheicon onupper-rightcorner,exitthesystem,andtheinterfacedisplayasfollow:

    4.3 System initialization

    After theuser loginsuccessfully, thenwillshowout thesysteminitializationdialogueframe,andcarryouttheinitializationofthewholesystem,updatethesysteminformation.Theitializationdialogueframedisplayasfollow:

    Thispartisdisplayedas3classesofair-conditioningindoorunit,outdoorunitandM-INTERFACEgateway.Eachclasswillbedisplayedasprimarygroupandsecondarygroup.E.g.:undertheindoorunititwilldisplaytheprimarygroup:Buildings;andundertheprimarygroupitwilldisplaysecondarygroup:firstfloor,secondfloor,thirdflooretc.Detailedgroupsettingpleaserefersto4.10.

    Choose theM-INTERFACEgatewayselection; the interfacewilldisplayall theM-INTERFACEgatewaydevicesintheIMMsystem.

    1) Selectsingleicon Left-clicktheicon,iftheiconwasframedthenmeansitwasselected.

    2) Selectseveralicons Therearetwowaysforselectingseveralicons:

    ■Selectseveraliconsasthewayofselectingsingleicon. ■Left-clickoutsidetheframeintheinterface,dragadottedlineframetoselectthecorresponding

    icons.

    3) Cancelsingleselectedicon Left-clickontheselectedicon,thencancelselectingtheicon.

    4) Cancelseveralselectedicons Therearetwowaysforcancelingseveralselectedicons:

    ■Cancelseveralselectediconsasthewayofcancelingsingleselectedicon. ■Double-clicktheleft/middle/rightkeyofthemouseintheblankplaceofthepage,tocancel

    choose“Allselect”and“Cancelallselected” toselectandcancelquickly.Theoperationstepsasfollow:1)Selectthe“indoorunit”or“outdoorunit”class(orprimarygrouporsecondarygroup).2)Clickastatusdisplayicon(cooling,heating,error,offunitetc.),suchasclickthecoolingstatusicon,theinterfacewilldisplaythedevicesofcorrespondinggroupundercoolingstatus.

    3)Clickthe“selectall”option,thenallthecoolingdeviceinthepagewillbeselected,andifclickthe“canceltheselectedall”,alltheselectediconswillbecanceledselecting.

    4.6 Device guide

    Offer the functionofusercansee the locationof theair-conditioningdevice.Rightclickonesecondarygroup,willpop-uptheoptionsof“Startchangingdevice’slocation”and“Changethefloorplan”,andclick“Changethefloorplan”,thendisplayasfollow:

    Userselects thecorresponding floorplan(thepicturewillsave in themap folderof theclient-sideinstallationmenus),andthenclick“Save”button,afterfinishedtheoperation,thenclick“Close”button.Afterselect thefloorplan, thenclick“Startchangingdevice’s location”,usercanselectonedevice, and then drag it on the interface to change its location.

    Theupperleftcornerofthepagewilldisplaytheaddedschedulename.Andtherightdisplayedtheaddeddevice.If it’sthefirsttimesettingscheduleofthedevice,thentheiconwilladdthescheduleicon.Use the“Datastatistics” tocheck theexecutionstatusof theschedule.About the importanttiming plan, You should set again after 5 minutes.
