Introduction
The SMS Magic Extension for Zoho CRM enables you to make customer conversations much easier. It offers you the ability to to send and receive SMS messages from Zoho CRM. You can also Automate messages using Webhooks, create SMS Templates with Dynamic fields, Manage Sender ID and view Delivery Reports for your messages.
This guide will assist you on the complete Installation and Configuration process of SMS-Magic Extension on Zoho CRM.

(A) Installing SMS-Magic on Zoho CRM
1. To Install this plugin, visit the Zoho CRM Market place and search for “SMS Magic”.

2. Select SMS Magic from the search result.

3. Click on Install now to initiate the installation process.

4. If you are not logged in your Zoho CRM then enter your valid Zoho CRM credentials.
Click on Install Now

5. Go through the Terms of Service, check on “I agreed to the Terms of Service,” and click on Continue to Install.
6. Choose the Users/Profiles you wish to install SMS-Magic Extension for. We recommend you to Install for all Users.

7. Once the installation is complete, you will be prompted to enter the SMS-Magic Interact API Key. If you are already registered with SMS-Magic, you can find the API Key in the email sent by Screen-Magic ([email protected]).
Else you can skip this step for now.
8. Installation for SMS-Magic Extension on Zoho CRM is now complete! You can view the installed app under Setup in your Zoho CRM.

The Extension will create three Modules, ‘SMS History’, ‘SMS Template’, and ‘SenderID,’ and ‘Send SMS’ button on Leads and Contacts list view for your Org. Details of the above could be checked in Customization tab under Setup in your Zoho CRM.

1. Go to Setup 4. View the Installed App
2. Click on Extensions & APIs
3. Click on Marketplace
(B) Configuring SMS-Magic with Zoho1. Visit https://sms-magic.in/pricing and choose your Subscription Plan. You can choose to Try
or Buy a Subscription which aligns with your business needs.
2. Choose Sign up for Zoho and and fill up the Registration form.

3. Once your sign up is complete, an email will be sent to your registered email for verification.
4. Click on ‘Confirm Your Account’ and here you go, a new account is created. You will be ready to send SMSs as soon as your account is verified by our team.

2. Go to Get Started > Zoho API Connect and enter your Zoho CRM credentials. This is required in order to connect SMS-Magic account with your Zoho CRM account.
(C) Configuring SMS-Magic with Zoho1. Go to https://sms-magic.in/ and Sign in using your SMS-Magic credentials.

You can find the Module Name in Zoho CRM by going to Setup > Customization > Modules.
3. Move to Configuration Wizard and enter the Module Name for each Module Label created in Zoho CRM mentioned in Steps 1, 2 and 3.
Note: The customization steps 1, 2, and 3 also instruct you to create the Modules in the CRM. You are not required to do so as they are already created while installing the SMS-Magic Extension from Zoho Marketplace.

4. Step 4 provides instructions on how to create the ‘Send SMS’ button for Zoho CRM. With the installation of the extension from the marketplace, we have already created the Send SMS button for Leads and Contacts in the list view. You can Skip Step 5 and Step 6.
5. Automation Tab provides information on ‘How to Send SMS from Workflows’.
