HowtoInstallCamerawithoutNetworkCable

For users who are not able to set up the camera with network cable as described in theinstallation guide, it’s possible to set up the camera wirelessly. Please refer to belowprocedure.

1.Connectthecameratothepowerandkeepitclosetoyourmobiledevice;

2. Open theWLAN Settings of your mobile device. Find theWIFI network IPCAM-XXXXXX(image1)inthenetworklist.The6numberofthenetworkshouldcorrespondtothenumbersoftheUIDofthecamera.(image2)

3.Choosethisnetworkandinputpassword01234567(image3),yourmobiledevicewillbeconnectedtothisnetwork.(image4).

4. Open themobile application CTRONICS and choose Add Camera (image 5), then chooseScanQRCodeaddUID(image6).

5.ScantheQRcodeonthelabelofthecamera,inputdefaultpasswordadmin(image7)andpressDone,you’llXindthecameraOnlineonthemaininterfaceofapplication(image8).

6.ClickontheInformationiconofthecameratoenterinthemenuofCameraSettings,chooseWi-FiSetting,selectWi-FiManager,allWi-Finetworksdetectedbythecamerawillbedisplayed(image9andimage10).

7. Choose theWi-Fi network of your home, input the password of yourWi-Fi network andSave.NowyourcamerahavebeenconnectedtoyourWi-Finetwork.

***ATTENTION***

1. PleasekindlyXindtheUIDonthelabelwhichattachestothecamera.TheUIDisundertheformof“TTTT-XXXXXX-XXXXX“.

2. Ifyoufailtogetthecameraworkwirelessly,pleasehelptocheckthebelowinformation:

A.IftheWiFipasswordiscorrect?PleasenotedthattheWiFipasswordisCasesensitive.

B.IfthenameorpasswordofyourhomeWiFicontainsanyspecialcharacter(èàô,etc.),specialsymbol(@#&*_-etc.)orspaces? C.IftheencryptionofyourrouterissettocombinedalgorithmAES+TKIP?Ifyes,pleasechangethealgorithmtoAESorTKIPONLYinyourroutersettings.

D.IfyourWiFiis5G?Pleasekindlynotedthatthecameraonlysupport2.4GWiFi.
