2) review the flexlm folder, there you need to have the files:LicMgr.exe, lmgrd.exe, scplmd.exe...

3) start LicMgr, select Use a license server on this machinego to License folder (location of license file(s)... with Browsethen go to FlexLM folder (location of lmgrd.exe.... with Browse

4) if all right, licmgr will indicate that: \/ The license server is up and running with the settings below5) Start olga

Hi, guys.

I need some help with OLGA 6...I thought this software was never going to be available to "humans" but, now that it is, I think I can't make it work...

Here's what I've done so far (I've dotnetfx and other -----es installed):

1. Unpack and install OLGA 6. No problem at this point.

2. Copy ibfs32.dll to C:\Windows\System 32

3. Modify license file with following header:SERVER (my pc) ANY 7570 VENDOR scplmdUSE_SERVER

4. Copy license file to C:\Program Files\SPT Group\Licenses

5. Start LicMgr and select "Use a license server on this machine", go to License folder (location of license file) with Browse and then go to FlexLM folder with Browse. It indicates that everything is OK and that the server is up and running...

Question here: Anything needs to be done with the first line, where it says "Add Local Server (Location of License Servers)"??? Some variables are already there from other softwares.

6. Start OLGA. It runs and everything seems to be OK (I open any sample and can simulate it) but, in the GUI I can't see the "Components" and I can't see the "Network View" (the plot with the layout of pipes, nodes...the nice screen)...instead of that, in the middle of the GUI there's always a grey logo about "OLGA version 6 SPT Group" and a button with "Open Input Report" that makes nothing when clicked (picture attached).

I've heard that this software is specially hard to manage but, it's going to be even harder if I can't even see the model layout...

Anybody suffering the same pains? Anyone could help?
