INSTALACION DE ARCGIS 9.3 DESKTOPEN WINDOWS XP SERVICE PACK 3.0 Y INTERNET EXPLORER 7.0.

1. INSTALACIN DEL SERVIDOR DE LICENCIA:

Desinstale TODAS las versiones y componentes previos del software de ArcGIS quetenga en su equipo (Tutorial, Phyton, ArcINFO, ArcGIS Desktop, License Manager ySentinel System Driver).

Verifique en la carpeta denominada CRACK93 se encuentre el archivo license.LIC.

Abra el explorador y copie la carpeta CRACK93 en cualquier parte de su equipo.Luego seleccione el archivo license.LIC, d click derecho y en propiedadesdesmarque la opcin de slo lectura:

Ahora abra el archivo license.LIC con el Block de notas. NUNCA dejeseleccionada la opcin de: Utilizar siempre el programa seleccionado para abrireste tipo de archivos

El editor desplegar lo siguiente:

En la primera lnea cambie la palabra WORKSTATION (que aparece seleccionada enla figura), por el nombre de su equipo, guarde y cierre la aplicacin.

Ahora inserte el CD de instalacin. Permita que el computador lea el CD. Sedesplegar la siguiente ventana:

Haga doble click en ESRI.exe

Se desplegar la siguiente ventana:

Seleccione la opcin ArcGIS License Manager, se desplegar la siguiente caja dedilogo:

Seleccione el botn I received the license file by fax:

Seleccione la opcin Create:

Seleccione la opcin Edit:

En la nueva caja de dilogo debe escribir: NNISO WE LOVE YOU y luego hagaclick en D CLICK.

D click en D CLICK. Se desplegar la siguiente caja de dilogo:

D click en la opcin Next. Se desplegar la siguiente caja de dilogo:

Seleccione la opcin Install. Al final se desplegar la siguiente caja de dilogo:

Seleccione el botn que contiene el texto No. I will restart. Y luego haga clicken Finish.

NO REINICIE!!!

A continuacin proceda a configurar el servidor de licencia.

Copie el archivo license.LIC en Archivos de programa ESRI Licensearcgis9x.

Lueego vaya a inicio todos los programas ArcGis License Manager (9x)License Manager Tools.

Se desplegar la siguiente caja de dilogo:

Seleccione la opcin Configuration using Services y se desplegar lo siguiente:

Vaya luego a la pestaa Config Services, se desplegar lo siguiente:

Haga clicjk en el botn Browse de la opcin Path to the lmgrd exe file. SeleccioneC:\Archivos de programa\ESRI\License\arcgis9x\lmgrd.exe.

Haga clicjk en el botn Browse de la opcin Path to the License file. SeleccioneC:\Archivos de programa\ESRI\License\arcgis9x\license.LIC

Haga clicjk en el botn Browse de la opcin Path to the debug log file. Digite unnombre de archivo cualquiera. Se recomienda log.

Luego de click en el botn Save Service. Se desplegar la siguiente caja de dilogo.

D click en S.

Ahora vaya a la pestaa "Start/Stop/Reread".

Seleccione la caja Force Server Shutdown como se muestra en la figura siguiente:

Luego d click en el botn Stop Server. Observe que en la parte inferior sedespliegue el texto Stopping Server.

Deseleccione la caja Force Server Shutdown como se muestra en la figura:

Haga click en el Boton Start Server. Observe que en la parte inferior se despliegueel texto Server Start

.

Luego haga click en el botn ReRead License File. Al cabo de unos instantes sedespliega la siguiente caja de dilogo:

Seleccione la pestaa Server Diags:

Haga click en el botn Perform Diagnostics.

Cierre la aplicacin

2. INSTALACIN DE ARCGIS DESKTOP:

Regrese a la caja de dilogo que se muestra en la figura:

Seleccione ArcGIS Desktop para proceder a instalar esta aplicacin. Posteriormentedeber hacer lo mismo para las dems utilidades que desee instalar.

Seleccione Install ArcGis Desktop:

Se desplegar la siguiente caja de dilogo. Haga click en Next:

Haga click en Next Y marque la opcin I accept the License Agreement:

Seleccione luego Next.

La siguiente caja de dilogo le informa que est disponible para ser utilizado elLicense Manager instalado en JDAN.

SI UN TEXTO DE ESTE TIPO NO SE DESPLIEGA EN EL PRIMER BOTN,NO INSISTA, TIENE ERRORES EN LA INSTALACION.

Seleccione el botn mencionado, como se muestra en la figura y haga click en Next

Se desplegar la siguiente caja de dilogo:

Finalmente se desplegar la siguiente caja de dilogo:

D click en finish, ahora ensaye el software.
