Este manual le ayudara en la instalacin de su
firma digital. Estos pasos Solo se llevaran a
cabo despus de que usted haya realizado la
solicitud de su firma digital a travs de
nuestra pgina web. Si an no ha realizado
ese proceso, no prosiga con este manual y
contctenos.
This manual will help you in installing your
digital signature. These steps only take place
after you have made the request for digital
signature through our website. If you have not
yet completed that process, not to proceed
with this manual and contact us.

fueron tomadas utilizando diferentes sistemas
operativos, por lo tanto, lo que vea en su

Su firma digital es un archivo el cual usted
descarga a su computadora, en un formato
Security Certificate (.crt).
Una vez descargue el archivo, deber
ejecutarlo dando doble-clic sobre l.

download to your computer in a format

Once you have downloaded the file, double-
click on it to install it.

Este archivo SOLO es compatible con la
computadora donde haya realizado el proceso
de solicitud de la firma digital. Si la
computadora donde se encuentra no es en la
que usted realizo dicha solicitud, NO
CONTINE con el proceso.
Ese archivo se usa UNA SOLA VEZ. Usted
puede generar una copia, la cual puede
utilizar para instalar su firma digital en caso de
que su computadora se dae o para instalar
en otra computadora.
La firma digital tiene una validez de un (1) ao
a partir del momento en que se genera en
nuestro sistema. El ao transcurrir
independientemente de que su firma digital se
haya instalado o no en la computadora. Por tal
motivo, debe estar pendiente a su correo
electrnico para que una vez reciba el aviso,
pueda instalarla y usarla.
This file is ONLY compatible with the
computer where you have made the
application process for the digital signature. If
the computer where you are is not where you
made the request, DO NOT CONTINUE with
the process.
That file is used ONCE. You can generate a
copy, which can be used to install your digital
signature in case your computer is damaged
or install on another computer.
The digital signature is valid for one (1) year
from the time it is generated in our system.
The year will run regardless of whether your
digital signature is installed or not on the
computer. Therefore, you must be aware to
your email so that once prompted, you can
install and use it.

Make sure that Automatically select the certificare store based on the type of certificate is selected.
Then press Next > ( ).

Paso 4 Step 4 Su certificado digital ha sido instalado. Presione OK.

HAGA COPIA DE SU FIRMA DIGITAL
BACKUP YOUR DIGITAL SIGNATURE
Haga una copia de su firma digital utilizando el manual de Exportacin de Certificados Digitales que se encuentra en nuestra pgina web. Guarde esa copia en un lugar fuera de su computadora (USB stick disco duro externo). Con esta copia, usted podr instalar su firma digital en cualquier otra computadora. En caso de dao o restauracin a la computadora original, podr volver a instalarla y seguir usndola, pero solo con la copia.
Make a copy of your digital signature using the Export your Digital Certificate to PFX File Format Manual found on our website. Keep that copy in a location outside of your computer (USB stick or external hard drive). With this copy, you can install your digital signature on any other computer. In case of damage or restoration to the original computer, you can re-install it and continue to use it, but only with the copy.
Los siguientes pasos solo podrn ser realizados en la computadora original donde se encuentra instalada la firma digital.
The next steps can only be performed on the original computer where the digital signature is installed.
Guarde la copia de su firma digital en un lugar seguro, ya sea en un dispositivo USB o disco duro externo. Si su firma digital se borra, este es el nico archivo que podr utilizar para recuperarla. Si se pierde, deber realizar el proceso de revocacin y re inicializacin, el cual conlleva un cargo adicional.
Keep a copy of your digital signature in a safe place, either in a USB device or external hard drive. If your digital signature is deleted, this is the only file you can use to retrieve it. If you lose it, you must make the revocation process and re initialization, which carries an additional charge.
