1 Shake the INSTA-STIK MP adhesive canvigorously for about 30 seconds.
2 Turn the INSTA-STIK MP adhesive canupside down and screw it onto thevalve of the PU spray gun.
3 Spray beads of INSTA-STIK MP adhesive onto the substrate.Fix the substrate within 4 minutes of application and press firmly.
l Your health and safety are of primary importance so before starting installation ensure that your workplace is free of hazards and always wear protective gloves and eyewear.
l Surfaces, especially metal surfaces, must be free fromoil and grease.
l Curing time of INSTA-STIK MP adhesive depends ontemperature and humidity conditions. Therefore it isrecommended to test the specific curing time beforeapplication. In dry climate conditions curing timemight be reduced by increasing air humidity, e.g.spraying of water to the foam beads.
l For fire rated applications one mechanical fixing per board is required.
l The PU spray gun can be cleaned using Gun Cleanerfrom Geocel. Remove any cured foam mechanically.

Quick, easy andclean to use, INSTA-STIK MP adhesive is ideal for fixing plasterboard, insulation board and most commonbuilding substrates. The amount of adhesive can beregulated through the trigger and screw at the back of the applying gun, and can be applied directly to the substrate.
