Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorship OpportunitiesThe Inspiring Change Awards 2018 are hosted by the Civil Engineering Contractors Association, the representative body for the companies that build, maintain, and upgrade the UK’s vital infrastructure networks. With more than 300 members based across eight regions, CECA represents firms who together carry out an estimated 70-80 per cent of all civil engineering activity in the UK, in the key sectors of transport, energy, communications, waste and water. Our industry supports the employment of around 200,000 people and undertakes annual activity worth up to £25 billion to the UK economy.
In 2017 the Inspiring Change Awards ceremony was addressed by the Deputy Mayor of London Val Shawcross CBE, and was attended by leading industry clients, Tier1 contractors, SMEs, and other industry stakeholders. The Awards drew over 40 entries in six categories, and launched the Fairness, Inclusion and Respect Inspiration individual achievement award, won by Amanda McKay, Quality Director for Balfour Beatty’s major projects business area.
