In this issue of the President’s Quarterly newsletter we have highlighted recent happenings to include new projects, recent team additions, and upcoming events requiring our collective effort for their success. Additionally, we have provided an overview of our NEW brand; inspired by our marketing plan and executed by our creative design team.

As the Senior Vice President of InSpire Enterprise I have the privilege to serve YOU as a leader and source of inspiration and guidance as we begin to grow the InSpire model. The role of Senior Vice President, as detailed in our organizational chart, is to provide support to the President as the second in command of Inspire and its auspices. Therefore, my primary focus is to be a constant resource of information and insight for each

member of the InSpire team to ensure we maintain our commitment to excellence without excuse.

Having carefully consulted with Dr. Jones, rest assured that InSpire is going to continue to thrive in times of controversy and challenge already evident by our successful weathering of the economic storm. InSpire is in an EXCITING place in our organizational development and your participation and commitment to excellence is the driving force to take us to the next level and beyond. If you have any questions about the company, our auspices, or your role has a thought leader and team member, please do not hesitate to reach out.

By now I am sure many of you have adjusted to writing 2010 instead of 2009. While I do not get in the habit of writing New Year’s Resolution, I have thanked God for sparing my life for yet another year to be Blessed and to be a Blessing! I hope that InSpire has been a blessing to you as well. While it has been VERY difficult for InSpire over the last two years, I am convinced more than ever we are on target to receive what God has in store. I did lots of soul-searching and praying, and have determined there are many things I need to improve—the least of which being my communication with the InSpire Team.

I thank each of you for sticking in there with us as we, like many companies, had to make some adjustments. I feel strongly that we are now back on track for many successful years ahead. I have asked our Senior Vice President Mr. Charles H.F. Davis I I I to lead our President’s Quarterly newsletter. Many of you “old heads” may recall that this was once a hard copy newsletter that goes to all team members. However, following this issue, the newsletter will be sent to you electronically through Charles’ office each quarter.

Inside each edition, you will receive snippets of updates about what is happening with InSpire Enterprise and all the divisions (e.g. InSpire Magazine, InSpire Us Foundation, Be-InSpired Publishing, B-InSpired Talk Radio, Your Voice TV, InSpire Models, ILEAD Institute, etc). You will also get advance noticed of all major initiatives before they go public. Our New Marketing Director, Mr. Nate Cohen has vowed to be very proactive about making InSpire Magazine a Household Name. Our New Director of Marketing for the InSpire Us Foundation, Mr. Kenneth Guzman, has vowed to do the same. As result, you will see a major increase in our presence around the country.

InSpire Us 5yr. $10M Capital CampaignThe InSpire Us Foundation prepares for 10-in-5 fundraising effort.

Under the direction of the new Vice President of the InSpire Us Foundation, Ms. Cherelle James and her new administrative team, InSpire Us Foundation is set to launch a Capital campaign, where we will raise 10million dollars in 5 years (10-in-5). Additionally, our Foundation Headquarters is now located in Durham, NC. The new number is (919) XXX - XXXX. Please contact Ms. Cherelle James for more information.

B-InSpired Talk Radio LaunchesThe much anticipated B-InSpired Talk Radio Show was officially launched on November 1, 2009. The show is currently aired in Tallahassee, FL on 94.1 FM and can also be picked-up nationally by tuning in to axiom radio starting March 1, 2010. Let your haters Be Your Motivators was developed from a speech written by Dr. Lee Jones in 2006. The speech has been delivered throughout the United States and has received rave reviews. In fact, the speech has become one of Dr. J’s most requested speeches. So much so that a poster was designed outlining the major points of the speech.

Haters are those people who consciously and subconsciously deliver and dump negative venom in our lives. Haters are people who typically do not understand their purpose for their lives, thus they are very uncomfortable with themselves. On many occasions, they have become so comfortable with negativity in

their own lives that they are not aware of how their behaviors and actions are being portrayed for the entire world to see. Unfortunately we live in a world where, in many cases, the Haters are all around us.

InSpire is currently in negotiations with Best Buy national headquarters to have it placed in its stores across the country. The InSpire Team and cast will be kept abreast as negotiations progress. InSpire Film Releases:Let Your Haters Be Your Motivators - The Movie

Your Voice TV has been in existence since January 1996 and has taped over 500 TV Talk shows in the states of Washington, Florida, and New Jersey. To commemorate this momentous occasion, the TV crew has put together An exclusive behind the scenes look at Your Voice over the years. Witness history in the making as the cameras focus on highlighting some of the past Your Voice shows as well as some of the bloopers. Former guests speak about their experiences with Your Voice. Dr. J talks about the conception, the evolution and the future of Your Voice.

Additionally, the city of Newark, NJ has agreed to pick-up the show starting March 1, 2010. A studio and camera crew has been identified and the final “set” will be approved by Dr. Jones in late January. The show will also be picked-up nationally on Axiom TV. You will receive additionally information about this in the coming months.
