Inspector is an easy to use mobile and web based inspection software solution that helps manage your inspections, improve compliance, and manage incidents and corrective actions to closure. Delivered as a SaaS offering using the Azure Cloud Services, data is securely stored in a SQL Server database.

Using Inspector, you can manage inspections for safety equipment, facilities, vehicles, quality, brand/franchise compliance, and many more. Checklists can be set up that use 5S sections and scoring. Proactive email alerts ensure that inspections are carried out on time and that overdue tasks are never forgotten.

Comments can be entered in a number of ways, including using audio clips and speech-to-text. GPS coordinates can be automatically captured on each step and displayed back as a map with results on the web. Items for inspection can be identified using either barcode or RFID to ensure accuracy.

One or more pictures or videos can be recorded against each checklist step, and using your finger you can draw and annotate a picture to highlight an aspect of interest. Signatures can also be captured on the screen. Once an inspection is selected the mobile device can operate offline and then synchronize online later.
