Missing U-Bolt on Cooling Water Line on the west side of the boiler.

Anchor down support on Ladder on North side of Boiler

Turn Check Valve on Blow Down Piping on North East Side of Boiler

Missing 300# RF Ball Valve Tag# FV-165A on Blow Down By Pass Iso # 044

Ping The Bolts on the East side of the Economizer Blind Flanges

Install Inserta seal on drain on North Side of Boiler Mud Drum

Install Teflon pads undernesth all Stainless Pipe and structure steel

Blow a hole in the Fuel Gas Skid so that it can drain.

Ammonia piping- Need mechanical completion sign off

Ping/check manway covers on economizer &ducts. Found loose fasteners.
