We have an extensive network of artists (paintings, sculpture, mosaic, murals, digital arts etc.), representatives, concept designers, specialty designers and dealers in which to choose art from, in a range of budgets. IN-SOL can also offer investment quality art for those who want to start or expand their collections.

Brijesh Kumar - Administrative Adviser: Shri Brijesh Kumar has recently retired from the post of Secretary to the Government of

India in the Department of Information Technology, is a post graduate in both physics and Economics. He has been a distinguished officer of the 1968 batch of the Indian Administrative Service and belongs to the Uttar Pradesh Cadre. Shri Kumar with 42 years of vast, rich and diverse experience has the distinction of holding key positions in a number of PSUs as well as in the Governments of India and Uttar Pradesh. In the span of his outstanding career, he has held a variety of post.

As Chairman & CEO, Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, he has had the opportunity of building a new city, and was successful in providing an innovative dimension and direction to urban planning and execution. Another distinguishing feature introduced by Mr. Brijesh Kumar was the importance given to landscaping, urban design and form and cleanliness. He has also been Chairman of the Lucknow Development Authority. There also he gave a focal position to landscaping,

D. S. Sachdeva - Technical Adviser:Retired as Director General (CPWD), Mr. Sachdeva has carried out variout

outstanding project few of which include Delhi Secrretariat, CAG building, New Delhi etc. He has also been the advisor to the Delhi Government for streetscaping during the Commonwealth Games 2010.

He has always been keen to deliver best results maybe it is a building project or streetscaping or any beautification project.

Vishal Srivastava - Adviser (Business Group):Mr. Vishal Srivastava is the chief adviser for the Business Group of IN-SOL. Although

being a Software Engineer by education, he has developed Entrepreneurship acumen and worked & given ample growth to various SMEs into Software, HR Consulting & Management Consulting. He has served various companies, which include Omam Consultants, Moser Baer & Hughes Software Systems (now Aricent). Having keen interest in the field of art (being a writer by hobby) he has tried to share his marketing expertise to IN-SOL, which has helped the organization in achieving good results within a short time span of 1 year. Today Vishal is acting as a CMD of VUCC (which is a consulting house) and Softcode (which is a software & portal development company).

S. K. Srivastava - Material Adviser: Sri S. K. Srivastava retired from Bharat Kala Bhawan as Deputy Director, Bharat Kala Bhawan,

BHU, Varanasi. He has done his Masters in Museology & Ph. D. in Terracotta. Mr. Srivastava has got immense experience (close to 45 years) & has done various research works related to the culture of India.

With his support & guidance IN-SOL assure to imbibe the cultural & traditional aspects of the Indian History. While curating & developing the Bharat Kala Bhawan, Mr. Srivastava has gained a great insight of various communities, traditional practices, regional art etc. and this supports the creative team of IN-SOL in coming up with the best inculcation of culture in the art-works developed.

Executive Head

Puja SrivastavaPuja heads the Creative Designing team of IN-SOL. She is a leading artist

in the field of Paintings & Mosaic art. After completing her professional degree in Fine Arts from Delhi College of Fine Arts, she got an offer to join Mridul Enterprises (a leading glass tiles company in the country) where she started the designing team and grew it to heights by exhibiting the mosaic art work in various locations across the globe. Alongwith her association with Mridul Enterprises she exhibited her painting collections in various galleries in India & abroad. Alongwith having expertise into painting & mosaic, she has a good acumen towards visualizing & designing sculptures, reliefs on walls etc. After working with Mridul for 6 years she realized to practice other areas of art & helping the upcoming artists to make a stand in the art-world. Today with IN-SOL she guides a large team of experienced & upcoming artists who want to grow their name in the field of Art.

SCULPTURE PROJECTS

We have done sculpture projects using wide range of materials such as FRP, bronze, brass, wire-mesh, aluminum, mosaiculture. Sculpture being a 3-d art, involves lots of working and comprises of various stages, such as modeling, molding, casting, finishing and coloring. IN-SOL artists are well-equipped& well-trained to handle any size of project. Most of our clients demand for either FRP (due to its cost effectiveness) or Bronze (incase budget is not a problem and a long term strength is required).

IN-SOL has the credit to make the CWG 2010 Green Games by making Green Shera using Mosaiculture Art of Japan (in association with DPGS & MCD). IN-SOL is also privileged to be consulting & executing landscape art (sculptures) for NOIDA Authority.

IN-SOL offers the best in quality hand-cut Glass-tiles mosaic which give a very different class to the walls which they decorate. These mosaics are made of 1” *1” tiles which are cut in small pieces and applied according to the design. Getting 65000 colors out of tiles of only 40 shades of tiles is the biggest challenge while making a hand-cut mosaic. IN-SOL has gained more than 100% client satisfaction in this kind of work and were highly appreciated by Reserve Bank of India who called us to arrange an exhibition of other works done by us for their officers.
