CALL OUT! ADM’s first ever PhD Research Festival Inside/Out is taking place in January 2018. Inside/Out invites PhD researchers at all stages from across the Arts, Design and Media faculty to join the festival line-up to present / discuss / exhibit / perform their research. Inside/Out offers a space for researchers to socialise, have fun and disseminate internal ideas and ‘work-in-progress’ to get them out there to a supportive mixed audience. We invite you to join the line-up in three ways: ONE: INSIDE//OUT TALKS Informal short talks that share your ongoing research in the form of 20 slides x 15 seconds each. Inspired by the PechaKucha* approach, Inside / Out talks aim to stimulate discussion and debate amongst festival-goers, maximize the impact of your research and create a dynamic flow of proceedings. TWO: OPEN-MIC SLOTS We invite you to join the line up with a 5 Minute provocation to share your ongoing research. The way you present your research is up to you. THREE: POSTER PRESENTATIONS Poster presentations of A2 and above to present your research in a visual and/or textual format.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED To join our festival line-up tell us please tell us in 280 characters what you’d like to present along with a supporting image or slide. In addition to this, please include:

· A title for your talk/presentation · Your school/disciplinary area · Your PhD research title.
