group, click on the Shapes button.Navigate to the desired shape

group, click on the SmartArt button.Navigate to the desired shape
and click on it.
6Insert HyperlinkSelect the text that is to be the
hyperlink.Click on the Insert tab.In the Links group, click on
Hyperlink.Enter the URL (web address) of the web page you want to

Insert ChartClick on the Insert tab.In the Illustrations group,
click on Chart.Excel will open with a chart template.Change the
data in the template.
Insert WordArtClick on the Insert tab.In the Text group, click
on the WordArt button.Enter your text and set the desired
formatting options.

on the Video down arrow. Click on Video from file.Navigate to the
desired video and click on it.Click on OK.
10Insert AudioClick on the Insert tab.In the Media group, click
on the Audio down-arrow.Click on Audio from File.Navigate to the
desired sound and click on it.Click on OK.
