POLE APPLICATOR ASSEMBLY AND DISPENSER USE INSTRUCTIONS:

MATERIALS NEEDED:A. CIDETRAK® CMDA COMBO

MESO-A Hanger

B. MESO-A Applicator Tip with hanger stabilizer insert

C. CIDETRAK® CMDA COMBO MESO-A dispenser

1. Open box at top. Fold side flaps outward and attach strap.

2. CONTENTS: 2 sets of MESO-A hangers loaded on to cardboard strip, 1 applicator tip, strap and 2 packs of MESO-A dispensers.

3. Remove one set of MESO-A hangers. Push tab down at end of cardboard strip and put hangers on side of box.

4. Remove the cardboard strip and the rubber band.

5. MESO-A hangers on side of box.

CARRIER PACK ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Insert MESO hanger into applicator tip. A quick back and forth motion will help stabilize the MESO hanger into the “NEW” applicator tip insert.

4-5. Using PVC pipe attach dispenser securely to lateral branches as shown.

APPLICATION:

Attach dispenser securely to lateral branches at 10-20% of the distance between the trunk and branch terminal in the upper 1/5th of the tree canopy.

6-8. Once attached to branch, hanger will automatically reposition.
