Operating principle :A silent axial fan pumps air in the ambient and let it pass through 2 filter types :1) Prefilter : it retains all the larger impurities suspended in the air.2) Electrostatic filters : they are composed of an ionising zone in which the suspended particles receive a positive electricalcharge. A pollution collection system with aluminium strips provides a negative electrical field which attracts these particles.The result is an air clean with an efficiency up to 95% (Cetiat certificate). The filtered air lets it being directly recycled into theutilisation area without any calorific loss or reduction in air quality.

GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

A CLEAN EFFICIENCY

1 Orders- All orders automatically entail acceptance of these general terms ofsale supplemented, where applicable, by our special conditions. Anycontrary conditions, which may be stipulated by the purchaser in hisown general terms of purchase, on his order forms, in his correspon-dence, are cancelled by these terms and are deemed as non-existent asfar as we are concerned.- Orders that are sent to us are always subject to our approval; we mustjustify any refusal to honour an order within thirty days after the orderhas been placed.

Accepted orders cannot be cancelled, even partially, withoutapproval from us in writing.

For special executions, no modifications to the order shall beaccepted.

The information mentioned in catalogues, instructions, schedulesand other non-contractual documents are provided only for thepurposes of information and we cannot be held liable.

2 Price- The applicable price shall be either that indicated in our offer or,for routine products kept in stock, that mentioned in the current ratesapplicable on the date of order.- This price shall be firm as long as delivery takes place with a maximumperiod of one month from when the order was placed. In the event thisperiod is exceeded for a reason that is beyond our control, the new ratesin effect or, for specific products, the new prices that apply will be com-municated to the purchaser who, unless disagreement is expressedwithin eight days, will be deemed as having accepted them.- This price does not include Tax, ex-works, unless agreed upon other-wise. Packaging is determined and prepared by us, unless agreed uponotherwise, and cannot be returned.

To the total amount of the merchandise, mentioned on eachinvoice, shall be added fees of which the amount can be commu-nicated to the purchaser if the latter so requests.

3 Payment- Our invoices must be paid in cash upon delivery, unless a specialagreement is made between the parties. In this latter case, any paymentmade before the due date mentioned on the invoice can benefit froma discount of which the rate shall be indicated to the purchaser.- We reserve the right to request a deposit representing at least 30% ofthe price of the order. In the event the customer cancels the orderwithout approval from us in writing, the deposit collected shall remainours, without prejudice of full payment of the price corresponding tothe portion of the order already executed.- In the event of a partial delivery, no delivery or postponement of thebalance can delay payment for the portion delivered.- Likewise, if a dispute or a difference in the amount or due date isestablished, this may only give rise to a credit note or a partial paymentas jointing agreed by our accounting department, but under nocircumstances for non-payment on the due date.- Any invoice, for which we have not received a request for a duplicatewithin a period of one month after delivery, shall be deemed as havingbeen received by the purchaser.- Generally, an invoice that is not paid by the due date or commercialpaper that is not returned within the legal timeframe can result in thesuspension of the execution and of the delivery of all orders in progress.- In the event an instalment is entirely or partially unpaid, late interestwill automatically be invoiced, starting from the original date of theinstalment, and this, until effective payment is made, based on the legalinterest rate plus 50% and a lump-sum fee of fifteen euros for adminis-trative costs.- Non-payment on the instalment date of an outstanding sum imme-diately renders all debts payable to our company, including those thathave not yet fallen due.- In the event of collection through litigation, the amounts owed areincreased by 15% based on a penalty clause, with a minimum collectionof thirty euros.

4 Delivery- Products are loaded under the responsibility of the person who causesthe vehicle to circulate.- It is explicitly agreed that unloading on the delivery premises isconducted exclusively under the responsibility and under the custodyof the purchaser, regardless of the participation provided in terms ofthe unloading operations by our driver or by the driver of the carrierselected by us.- Transfer of the custody of the products shall occur on the buyer profileupon arrival of the products in the purchaser's warehouses. However, if

transport is organised by the purchaser, custody will be transferred tohis carrier before loading of the products in our warehouses.

- The purchaser undertakes to receive the products on the premises andon the date that we shall provide the purchaser with. In the event offailure of the purchaser, delivery and all of the effects thereof shall bedeemed as having occurred on this date.- Delivery lead times are provided only as an indication, any non-com-pliance with the latter cannot result in any late penalties or cancellationof the order, or a delayed payment.- Any additional costs resulting from a delay beyond our control inexecuting a delivery shall be borne by the purchaser.

- Acts of God, demonstrations, war, strikes, lock-outs, epidemics, lack ofmaterials, fire, flood, equipment accidents and all other causes resultingin the total or partial shutdown of factories, to which are remitted ourorders, relieves us from the obligation of having to supply the productsfor which manufacture is suspended.

- No claim for non-compliance or apparent defects on products will beaccepted after a period of eight days, starting from the day they arereceived.- In addition, the purchaser undertakes, in the event of a partial lossor damage caused by transport to issue, within a period of three daysstarting from the date the products are received, all justified reservesagainst the carrier via registered letter with proof of delivery, otherwisethe claim may be rejected.

5 WarrantyOur devices are guaranteed against all material and manufacturingdefects for 1 to 5 years (according to the model) starting from theinvoice date (except consumable items). The warranty is limited toreplacing the defective part in our workshops and a tour expense.This warranty applies only if the defective part or the entire device isreturned to us carriage and packaging paid. The warranty is invalid inthe event of damage caused by improper use of the device. The re-dis-patching of devices is carried out carriage paid. No indemnity may berequested for damages for any reason whatsoever.

6 Merchandise returns- Returned merchandise is accepted only if we have authorised thisbeforehand. Returns are made at the expense of the customer andcan only concern merchandise in perfect brand-new condition, in theoriginal packaging.- Return merchandise is credited to the purchaser in the form of a creditnote that cannot be reimbursed.- Manufactured parts (special executions) can never be returned.

7 Title retention- We explicitly retain the title of the products sold until the day they arefully paid for, with the stipulation that in terms of this clause, only actualeffective collection of cheques and commercial papers is considered tobe payment.- Notwithstanding this clause, the goods sold are at the risks of thepurchaser as soon as they leave our factory.- The purchaser also declares that he is perfectly aware of the Law no.80335 of 12 May 1980.

8 Contract revision- Any knowledge of a major change in the economic or financial situa-tion of the purchaser, even after partial execution of the orders mayresult in a revision top the conditions for executing the latter, as well asthe overall terms of credit granted to the purchaser.- We also reserve the right to require, at any time, guarantees for thesettlement of our invoices.

9 Contract resolutionThe sale shall be resolved automatically and without any formality otherthan a simple formal notice sent to the purchaser and which has goneunheeded for more than fifteen days, releasing us from the any obliga-tion in the event of non-payment of an instalment at the agreed duedate, as well as in the event of non-compliance with any one of the obli-gations provided for in these general terms of sale or in the specialterms of sale.

10 Assignment of jurisdictionIn the event of dispute, the only jurisdiction recognized shall be thecommercial court of the head office of our company, even in the eventof multiple defendants or the introduction of third parties.
