Approach 

• Establish scope of the document

• 80/20 rule – several members of the group will be asked to work on the document and meet for 2 days to develop the best document in that time frame

• Make it consistent with ANSI/NIRMA CM 1.0-2000

• Start with new process model (IDEF0)
