OUR REFILLS: THE DNA OF OUR PRODUCTS

The fundamental pillar of our differentiation strategy is the fact of having our own factory, based in Barcelona, where we manufacture all the plastic components of our ballpens as well as its refills. That is the reason why we can actually offer to the market a high degree of flexibility and high quality standards, which are determining factors for our clients and consumers.

At INOXCROM INTERNACIONAL we produce practically 100% of the plastic components for the products in our portfolio, including the refills, in a production process that we control from beginning to end.

Our IN-IN ballpen refills, whose name responds to the abbreviation of INOXCROM INTERNACIONAL, offer an excellent quality writing that can be easily appreciated through the following aspects: the ink flow, the fluidity, the resistance of the point, durability and, definitely, through the smooth writing.

The IN-IN metallic ballpen refills (medium) can write more than 8.500 metres and the plastic version, more than 4.000 metres.

The production process of the plastic refills consists of the following phases: the injection of the barrel and the plug, the manufacture of the metal delivery tube (made of brass nickel plated) and the stainless steel tip, the assembly process: introduction of the ink and the silicone inside the barrel, and the assembly of the rest of the components and finally, the printing of the barrel. Immediately after this, we carry out our strict quality controls.

NUESTRAS CARGAS: EL ADN DE NUESTROS PRODUCTOS

Uno de los principales pilares en que se basa nuestra diferenciación es el hecho de poder contar con una fábrica propia, ubicada en Barcelona, y en la cual se producen todos los componentes plásticos de nuestros bolígrafos, así como las propias cargas. Eso nos permite ofrecer al mercado un alto grado de flexibilidad y una gran calidad, factores que, sin duda, son muy valorados por nuestros clientes y consumidores.

En INOXCROM INTERNACIONAL fabricamos prácticamente el 100% de los componentes plásticos de los productos de nuestro portafolio, incluyendo las cargas, de las que controlamos el proceso productivo de principio a fin.

Nuestras cargas de bolígrafo IN-IN, cuyo nombre proviene de la abreviación de INOXCROM INTERNACIONAL, ofrecen una excelente calidad de escritura que se puede apreciar en los siguientes aspectos: fluidez de la tinta, trazo continuo, resistencia de la punta, durabilidad y, en definitiva, en la sensación de suavidad en el uso.

Las cargas de bolígrafo IN-IN metálicas de grosor medio alcanzan más de 8.500 metros de escritura y su versión plástica, más de 4.000 metros.

El proceso productivo de las cargas IN-IN plásticas consiste en las siguientes fases: la inyección del cuerpo y el tapón, la fabricación del tubo de latón niquelado y la punta de acero inoxidable, el montaje (introducción de la tinta y la silicona dentro del cuerpo de la carga, por presión, y ensamblaje de todos los componentes) y finalmente, el marcaje del cuerpo. E inmediatamente después, el estricto control de calidad de las cargas terminadas.

NOS RECHARGES: L’ADN DE NOS STYLOS

L’un des principaux piliers de notre différenciation réside dans le fait d’avoir notre propre usine, située à Barcelone, et dans laquelle se produisent tous les composants de nos stylos en plastique, ainsi que les charges. Cela nous permet d’offrir un haut degré de flexibilité et de qualité, facteurs qui sont sans aucun doute très appréciés par nos clients et consommateurs. INOXCROM INTERNATIONAL fabrique près de 100% des composants en plastique des produits de notre portefeuille y compris les recharges, dont le processus productif est contrôlé du début jusqu’à la fin. Nos recharges IN-IN, dont le nom vient de l’abréviation de INOXCROM INTERNATIONAL offrent une excellente qualité d’écriture qui se fait valoir à travers des aspects suivants : la fluidité de l’encre, la ligne continue, la résistance de la pointe, la durabilité et, en fin de compte, la sensation de douceur en usage. Les recharges de stylo IN-IN métalliques, écriture moyenne, peuvent atteindre jusqu’à 8.500 mètres d’écriture et la version plastique, vers 4.000 mètres. Le procès productif des recharges plastiques IN-IN comprend les phases suivantes: injection du corps et du bouchon, la production du tube en laiton nickelé et la pointe en acier inoxydable, le montage (introduction de l’encre et de la silicone dans l’intérieur du corps, par pression), l’assemblage de toutes les composantes et finalement, le marquage du corps.
