Valve Production Testing
Fully automatic test units for quick and efficient testing a series of valves. Ventil IT specialists design smart software for the test- & operation system. The fully integrated computer system assures a very simple operation procedure. The test- & operation system controls the test procedure and a combination of accurate pressure sensors and flow meters detect / measure any leakage. The software compares the found test results with the program-med test standard. Within seconds the system gives a ‘pass’ or ‘fail’ signal.

Control valves
Wide range of clamping and test systems for high pressure testing, seat leakage classification and total performance testing of all types of control valves up to 36” / DN900 mm. The horizontal or tilting clamping systems are completed with proportional controls to prevent stress and deformation of the valve body. Besides controlling of the test procedure and printing a full size test certificate, the CRS software also calculates the ‘allowable’ seat leakage according to the international standards.

Emmission – leak detection
Increasing fugitive emission standards require new, modern leak detec-tion equipment using a tracer gas. Ventil offers you the right Helium or Hydrogen leak detector for finding leaks up to 10-9 in ambient or cryogenic circumstances. The Helium mass spectro-meter leak detectors or the advanced Hydrogen leak detector are available, portable unit or can be fully integrated in the (Control) valve test.

Transportable valve workshops Fully equipped test- & repair facility’s for on-site overhaul and test-ing of Shut-off valves, Safety valves and Control valves. The 10, 20 or 40 ft. containers feature all necessary tools and equipment for the standard reconditioning procedure, but can also be equipped according to your spe-cific needs, application and the envi-ronment / climate conditions it needs to be used in. In case of off-shore use, the new fabricated container is equipped and certified according to BS EN 12079: 2006 & DNV Standard for Certification 2.7-1 (2006) and can be used in explosive zones.
