WELCOME TO PERMANOVAEvery standard robot system consists of several subsystems. The main subsystems include the laser process tool, the laser and the robot. Other major subsystems are the safety enclosure and the parts handling. To adapt to different demands, a great number of fixtures, sensors etc are available as additional subsystems.

Permanova delivers turn-key laser robot systems to
the sheet metal industry. For more than 25 years we
have studied and documented our customers’ pro-
cesses, to be able to deliver optimal laser systems.
Our goal is to always be the first choice for small
and big companies, looking for the absolutely best
laser solutions on the market. To our help, we have
more laser experts than most of our colleagues in
the business. With many years of experience, they
have a deep knowledge of the technology and a
good understanding of our customers’ needs.
How does it work? Often our customer has a
new product idea. We then work together to define
a system that will strengthen our customers’ market
position.
The work is always carried out as a project. In our
experienced project teams, every member is ready
to take responsibility for the task of delivering an
advanced laser system with the best possible featu-
res. In the final phase of the project, our customers
get training in the operation and basic service of the
equipment. During and after the warranty period
our knowledgeable service personnel is available for
carrying out service and replacing spare parts. Over
the years we have delivered more than 160 laser
systems, that have contributed to rationalise and
improve the production at our customer sites.
We often take part in our customers’ product deve-
lopment, and contribute with our knowledge to the
projects. To maintain and develop our knowledge,
we participate in EC based research projects and
international seminars. On top of that, we have our
own R&D-lab, where we always look for new ways
to further develop our products.

Every standard robot system consists of several subsystems. We develop the laser process tools of the futureIn our robot laser systems, the process tool is the part closest to the process. We manufacture process tools for most types of laser processes. Every tool includes the optics itself, but can also include important process related functions, like height control, pressure devices and seam tracking. Also calibration tools, monitoring equipment and accessories are available in our product offer. We design and assemble our process tools in a way that makes them easy to install on robot equipment. In this way, a quick set-up of the process is possible, and it will be easier to perform preventive maintenance and service. With our unique laser competence and long experience we develop laser pro-cess tools, meeting not only today´s, but also tomorrow´s, high production requirements.
