Colour temperature is defined as a numerical

value to the color emitted by a light source,

measured in degrees of Kelvin. The Kelvin Color

Temperature scale imagines a black body

object— (such as a lamp) being heated.

At some point the object will get hot enough

to begin to glow. As it gets hotter its glowing

color will shift, moving from deep reds, such

as a low burning fire would give, to oranges

& yellows, all the way up to white hot. Light

sources that glow this way are called

“incandescent radiators”, and the advantage

to them is that they have a continuous

spectrum. This means that they radiate light

energy at all wavelengths of their spectrum,

therefore rendering all the colors of a scene

being lit by them, equally. Only light from

sources functioning this way can meet the

true definition of color temperature.

Color temperature is a characteristic of

visible light that has important applications

in lighting, photography, videography, publishing,

manufacturing, astrophysics, horticulture, and

many other fields.

In relation to lighting building interiors, it is often

important to take into account the color

temperature of illumination. For example, a

warmer (i.e., lower color temperature) light is

often used in public areas to promote relaxation,

while a cooler (higher color temperature)

light is used to enhance concentration of

light in offices, workshops, showrooms,

warehousing, shopping complexes, etc .

The use of AMALGAM in manufacturing in the full series of induction lamps, makes all products

FREE from liquid mercury. By adopting this liquid mercury free policy, we are able to minimize the

environmental impact at different stages of the product life cycle. This would protect the workers

during production and transportation, but also the end-users upon usage and disposal from

exposure to liquid mercury.

Amalgam is an alloy of mercury combined with other metals. It stays in a stable solid form under

room temperature. It is eco-friendly and a safer alternative to liquid mercury because mercury

vapor would not be released until it reaches around 100°C under air pressure.

At room temperature, the mercury inside the Amalgam is concealed in the metal alloy and would

not cause leakage even if the lamp breaks. Amalgam will not pose a health hazard to humans and

pollute the environment. The use of Amalgam also makes the lamp easier and safer to handle on

disposal. Furthermore, it would not lead to land and water contamination even if the lamps were

not properly recycled.

Technological advancements have enabled modern Induction lamps to deliver excellent lighting

performance along with Amalgam at minimal mercury levels (less than 5mg). In the solid form, the

mercury inside Amalgam can be collected, recycled and reused more efficiently. Since Amalgam will

not release mercury vapor when it is exposed under room temperature, therefore there would not be

any harmful hazards to humans as well as the environment.

Mercury is considered to be a natural toxic chemical element that poses health hazards to human

beings and damages the environment. Liquid mercury poses potential danger in cases of lamp breakage,

in comparison to Amalgam. Liquid Mercury Free manufacturing is popular for manufacturing induction lamps.

This process is used by socially and environmentally responsible manufacturers.

DMX-PWM Decoder works to convert universal DMX512 digital signal to PWM signal, when controlled by DMX512 console,

with 256 levels gray scale output per channel. Realize 0-100% brightness and various changing effects, equiped with DMX standard

XRL-3, RJ45, green terminal interface, can control single color, two color and RGB LED lights.

This range of expansion modules operate via global 2.4GHZ RF wireless transmission technology. The modules are able to control color

temperature, dimming functions and RGB colour changing control. The control system consists of two parts, the RF remote

control and the receiver. This system allows 1 controller to control an unlimited number of receiver modules and is capable of

controlling a wide range of LED lighting products.
