INNOVATIVECONSTRUCTIONTECHNOLOGY

Our specialization is design and implementation of the innovative technologies in construction, creation of concepts, design, construction of commercial, residential and private real estate with the use of BRICK HOUSE patented innovative construction technology.

NB Technologies strategy is construction market penetration of BRICK HOUSE system.

NB Technologies principle of work is the use of ecological BRICK HOUSE materials and new quality solutions in construction.

Advantages of NB Technologies are the innovative BRICK HOUSE technology, experienced staff and high technical standards.

BRICK HOUSE is a progressive technology of solid construction. The system can significantly reduce the construction time and provide rapid return on investment while keeping all the quality characteristics: energy efficiency, durability, and aesthetics. The system components are environmentally friendly and suitable for all climatic zones and construction of any complexity.

RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL

REAL ESTATE

One of the most significant advantages of BRICK HOUSE technology is a wide range of application. This system allows constructing both residential and commercial multi-storey complexes and private country estates, and aesthetic fences.

The principal element of BRICK HOUSE system is the brick of exceptional configuration having a finished facing surface looking like a polished marble. This allows creating unique, aesthetic projects of any complexity. BRICK HOUSE combines all the advantages of stay-in-place form technology in solid construction and classic brick laying.

This technology uniqueness is that in the process of erection of residential multi-storey complex, trade center, skyscraper, villa or fence, you save the construction time by three times and keep all the quality characteristics: ergonomics, durability and aesthetics. BRICK HOUSE technology combines several stages of standard construction solutions in one: wall laying, wall facing, insulation and interior finish.

ENERGY SAVING

Application of this technology allows obtaining the following ergonomic, aesthetic and economic advantages in construction and subsequent operation of facilities:

no additional finishing because the finished interior and exterior wall looks like a polished marble or granite;

exterior walls do not require additional insulation and finish;

reducing costs for energy conservation of multi-storey complex objects, villas in the subsequent operation;

environmental friendliness;

quality assurance and durability;

modern appearance;

wide range of wall and partition thickness values;

easy technology adaptation to any architectural project;

with additional interior decoration, wall surface structure provides good adhesion with plaster and concrete.

ECOLOGICAL COMPATIBILITY

DURABILITY

The principal advantages of railing and fence construction according to BRICK HOUSE technology are the following:

high rate of wall erection;

wide range of colors for polished surface;

weldless brick laying effect;

ready stylish aesthetic appearance on both sides.

BRICK HOUSE technology allows obtaining the finished exterior and interior walls looking like a polished marble or granite without additional finishing.

BRICK HOUSE materials have precise geometric dimensions, chamfers, wide color gamma and are facing materials.

TECHNICAL ADVANTAGES

Durable environmentally friendly material with finished facing surface;

unique high quality of erected structures;

high thermal insulation of BRICK HOUSE external walls;

reduced labor costs by over three times with regard of conventional brick laying technologies (exterior walls do not require additional insulation and finish);

clean masonry, without solution preparation and laying tools, without time-consuming cleaning;

reduces the amount of machines and mechanisms on the site;

does not require special staff training;

continuous wall erection cycle;

wide range of wall thickness sizes (120, 240, 360, 480 mm);

suitable for erection of structures with any number of storeys;

wide opportunities for architecture and design;

suitable for all climatic zones;

can be used at low temperatures (the longer work season);

reducing the terms of construction and installation works by over 3 times;

the technology is patented in Ukraine, Russia, Turkey and the other countries;

BRICK HOUSE brick plants are located in Ukraine and Turkey;

INVESTMENT ADVANTAGES

Corporate social responsibility of a company using environmentally friendly materials in construction;

reduction in return on investment;

use of the construction branch (commercial real estate, multi-storey buildings, villas, cottages, townhouses, fences, social facilities) in any sector;

high liquidity of brick buildings due to their durability and popularity;

no additional costs for facing work because BRICK HOUSE is already a finished brick wall (the products have a wide range of colors and finishes);

no need for interior furnishing;

increase of effectiveness of construction investment;

investment into the new unique, market-attractive technology.

CONNECTIONS:

Cramp and clips from steel wire.

FILLING:

Concrete (constructional, heat insulating or constructional and heat insulating); preparation and filling are performed by mechanized method.

WALL PROPERTIES:

• wall thickness: 240 mm, 360 mm, 480 mm;• resistance to the outer wall thermal conductivity - 3.9 m2hS/W;• is erected without masonry mortar;• does not require additional insulation and finish;• is a ready stone/brick facade.

THE FIRST LAYING ROW

1 2

Use a level to measure the vertical marks of reference points on the foundation. Measurements are performed on the surface of laid waterproofing. Determine the highest point. It is recommended to start the base leveling from the highest point.

For perfect base leveling, set of rail devices vertically adjustable by means of screws, is usually applied. The rails are installed across the base, and the height is fixed according to the level.

The leveling is performed with high-strength cement mortar, irregularities of which are corrected with an aluminum rack-rule. The rack-rule about 2 m long shall be applied. The minimum thickness of the mortar leveled is 10 mm.

The first row laying is performed on the ‘dry’ leveled base. The inner row wall bricks are laid on the leveled base. The inner row wall bricks are interconnected with БК-3 cramps. The outer row wall bricks, which are also connected with БК-3 cramps according to the project, are laid at the certain distance (pictures 1, 2).

BRICK HOUSE system is efficient provided that the base is leveled perfectly. For leveling, it is recommended to use the set of tools and devices: level, geodesic rake and the set of rail devices.

Inner and outer rows are interconnected with БР cramps and 5Х clips according to the project (pictures 3, 4).

LEVELLING MORTAR: for base leveling, BRICK HOUSE system provides a cement-sand mortar of high marks not less than M100.

The laid bricks should be checked according to the drawing matching. The more carefully the first row is leveled, the easier it is to lay the following one (pictures 5, 6).

EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATION:

It is recommended to use plaster station and foam maker with capacity of 8-12 cc/h, vertical feed - 40 m, horizontal feed - 60 m.

Then the cycle of the above paragraphs 1, 2 is repeated according to design decisions (pictures 9-14).

No more than 15 layers of BRICK HOUSE brick shall be laid ‘dry’ with further cramp (SK, SP, SX) reinforcement according to the project (picture 7).

For foam concrete preparation and filling it is recommended to use of plastering machines in combination with foam makers. All cavities in the wall are evenly filled with monolithic foamed cement solution with density from 200 kg/cc (picture 8).
