    Awarding Bonus Formula:

    Total saving time per day/(60*8)%* Basic value * % importance percentage

    E.g.1%* 5000 * 100%

    Total saving time per day : proposed by idea owner and evaluate by LT.

    Basic value : 5000

    % importance percentage: 150%; 100%; 50%

    If bonus over than 3000CNY/person, then will nominate as innovation star award

    Bonus will be delivered only after the project is done.

    Total Budget per year: 6k CNY

    This money is come from saving!
