DAY 1 Arrive Students arrive to Seattle from China accompanied by the Clay Camp Chaperones. DAY 2 Camp Orientation Arrive at Camp. Students get an introduction to the location, staff, and other campers. Visual Arts Students learn the basics of visual arts, learning different types of techniques and mediums. DAY 3 Video Production Students explore basic videography, focusing on the link between art and digital technology. Archery Students visit the camp's archery course, learning the basics of this sylvan sport DAY 4 Drama Students learn improvisation and basic acting skills, focussing on creativity. Kayaking Students split into pairs and explore the nearby lake on kayaks under full supervision by staff. DAY 5 Pottery Students learn the fundamentals of clay pottery and create a piece to take home. Ultimate Frisbee Students learn the rules of the game, practice in groups and then compete in a tournament. DAY 6 News and Media Students explore the basics of media and how to best transfer information to audiences.
