Organizations have changed dramatically over the last decade
to meet the needs of increasingly sophisticated customers and
to adapt to the volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous
market dominated by digital disruption. To remain competitive,

is required.

that top innovators' behaviors cluster in four key areas:

and innovative too.

Key elements of the program.Korn Ferry's Innovation Accelerator program is a two-day, three-
part modular program. It is based on our 21st century leader
research which shows that leaders today must excel in four areas
simultaneously: global, in growth, in change, and with innovation.
It also leverages our global research on the competencies that
differentiate innovative leaders from the rest.
The standard two-day format includes:
DAY ONE
Module 1: Understand and develop your innovative self.
Develop a common understanding of innovation, barriers and
opportunities to innovation, and how to grow an innovator's
mind-set. Explore both EI and diversity, two critical pillars that
are required for organizations to drive innovation successfully
and sustainably. Learn about the five discovery skills that
distinguish great innovators.
DAY TWO
Module 2: Create the voice to amplify. Become familiar with
innovative climates, how they sustain innovation, and the type
of leadership that is essential to create a climate that fosters
innovation. Practice how to coach teams toward innovation,
amplify the innovation of others, and champion innovation.
Module 3: Making it real. Use innovation concepts and
methodologies to work on a real-life business challenge.
Flexible in its design, this program learning journey offers:
Ease of configuration and availability in a variety of formats
to suit individual client needs.
Online on-demand learning empowers participants with
knowledge ahead of time, allowing a greater focus on
experiential activities as part of the workshop.
Innovation challenge or simulation allows leaders to

groups to work together to share experiences, feedback, and
