Bedienung und SteuerungDer Anwender gibt seine Termine in ein Raumbuchungs- oder Ressourcenverwaltungssystem ein. Hier kommen spezielle Lösungen, wie z. B. der eSign Server in Frage oder aber existierende Groupware Systeme, wie Exchange oder Domino.

Über eine Datenschnittstelle werden die Raumbelegungs-informationen im Hintergrund ausgelesen. Die e-Ink Software erstellt dann automatisch die Beschriftung und überträgt sie rechtzeitig vor dem Termin per Funk auf das Türschild.

Neben einer Anbindung an die Groupware empfiehlt sich gerade für größere Installationen der Einsatz des eSign Servers.

Operation and controlThe user enters his appointments into a room booking or resource management system. Special solutions, such as the eSign server, or existing groupware systems like Exchange or Domino can be used for this.
