Broad implementation of e-services
Digital is the new normal for patients
Our goal: all patients will be guaranteed the
possibility to choose how they can contact
healthcare: phone, chat, video or meeting.
1. Mandatory e-services – all healthcare
providers must offer basic digital services.
2. Virtual meetings reimbursed – an online
doctor’s appointment equals a physical.
3. Digital Care Everywhere – clear decision to
fully integrate digital services in all parts of
the regional healthcare system.
Patients already expect healthcare to be online!
In Stockholm 29 000 patients/day use their personal
e-services to read medical records, book
appointments, renew prescriptions etc.
