INNOVA Leadership & Economic Innovation is an independent, educational, not-for-profit organization that assists members connect vision and practice to improve lives and obtain measurable results.

Through training, networking and mentorship, INNOVA develops the leadership skills of individuals to assume decision-making roles in society for the common good.

Vision

Empower the architects of change to exercise leadership, promote innovation and achieve economic prosperity in their communities.

INNOVA is derived from the Latin word innovatus, the noun form of innovare "to renew or change," stemming from in—"into" + novus—"new". It includes knowledge and ideas, a positive attitude, an ability to make choices, capacity to act to implement the ideas, to validate actions and confirm both the decisions made and the results achieved. In business, as in economic and social development, Innovation is the catalyst to growth, a motor for advancement and the search for excellence. Innovation brings positive changes in quality, productivity, market share, competitiveness, pricing and productivity. Developing of soft skills, strengthening leadership, language and inter-cultural openness and exposure, research and development play a significant and sustainable role in economic innovation.

Commitment to work for change If the status quo leaves out or marginalizes people then we will propose alternatives to ensure more just and equitable relations, foster cooperation and solidarity, use creative talents to raise awareness and mobilize people to change

Education

We present conferences and webinars in multiple areas of knowledge, such as leadership, governance, law and society, diversity, environment, technology and social media, and public health. Along with these trainings, we offer free resources gathered from multiple sources, aimed at providing leaders with useful resources that will serve as tools to achieve common good in their endeavors.

Networking

INNOVA members will benefit from a wide number of people, combining multiple experiences and backgrounds. Together, they will be able to share their knowledge and experience. International connections will also be a goal for our members, to innovate as citizens of the world.

Mentorship

INNOVA is backed by various successful persons willing to help young leaders develop their aptitudes. These people will serve as mentors for a selected number of INNOVA members, each year, with the goal of fastening the relationship between multiple generations, experience and dynamism.
