Cons ProsThe use of the tool is not easy, a training is needed.

O cost (zero cost) for our users

It is difficult to create a friendly look&feel Freedom and independence

It is difficult to make people use it ( the profile of our users is not very “digital”)

Inmediacy, flexibility to edit

Although there are layouts it is not easy to have an homogeneous structure.
