PEDICURE

I would suggest that you take the whole day for yourself before you treat yourself!

Take off your shoes and socks and walk around barefoot for 15mins as this is very therapeutic and it allows the feet to breathe.

Remove all traces of nail polish on your toes!

If you do not have a home foot-spa, then I suggest that you get a shallow basin and fill it with warm water and some peppermint foot soak, leave your feet in there for at least 10 to 15mins.

If you have hard rough skin – I suggest you blade it off with the special tool which you can buy from any chemist in the nation.Use a pumice stone/sponge with some exfoliating scrub and rub it on your feet until smooth.

Dry your feet change the water and rinse off your feet again.Now apply a peppermint and lavender cream all over your feet – massaging them as well as your calves – until well absorbed.

TIP: Wait a few minutes after this to deal with any nail polish.

PEDICURA

Le sugiero que se tome todo el día por ti mismo antes de darse el gusto! Quítese los zapatos y calcetines y caminar descalzo durante 15 minutos ya que esto es muy terapéutico y permite que los pies para respirar.

Eliminar todos los restos de esmalte de uñas en sus dedos del pie!

Si usted no tiene un pie en casa de spa, entonces sugiero que usted consiga una cubeta poco profunda y llenarlo con agua caliente y un pie de menta en remojo, deje los pies en él durante al menos 10 a 15 minutos.

Si tiene la piel áspera duro - le sugiero que lo fuera de la hoja con la herramienta especial que se puede comprar en cualquier farmacia del país. Use una piedra pómez o esponja exfoliante con algunos y lo frota en sus pies hasta que quede suave.

NAIL POLISH

If you have feet that you hate – then it is best to apply a coating (2) of nail polish to them and use a top coat – for added shine and durability of the colour. This will normally embellish your feet and draw attention away from their faults – unless of course their so obvious you would need specialist care for your feet

TIP: Personally I would recommend that people use the darker nail varnish shades to apply to their feet as this makes the skin look brighter. Although this is a matter of personal choice – if you have great toe nails then you may want to give them a French Manicure.

TIP: Avoid doing this Rough Skin Solution in the summer - as it is very messy.

ROUGH SKIN

If you have rough skin at the heels of your feet but not hardened – then I would suggest that you use and old Chinese remedy.

Smother your legs with petroleum jelly/Vaseline (thickly) – put on a old pair of socks and go to sleep, in the morning you will awaken with feet that are soft moisturized and very attractive.

EL ESMALTE DE UÑAS

Si usted tiene pies que no te gusta - entonces lo mejor es aplicar una capa (2) del esmalte de uñas con ellos y el uso de una capa superior - para dar más brillo y durabilidad del color. Para ello suele adornar sus pies y desviar la atención de sus defectos - a menos que, por supuesto, su tan obvio que usted necesitaría especialista en el cuidado de los pies

SUGERENCIA:Personalmente le recomiendo que la gente usa el clavo barniz oscuro tonos aplicar a sus pies ya que esto hace que la piel se vea más brillante. Aunque se trata de una cuestión de elección personal - si usted tiene uñas del dedo gordo, quizá quiera darles una manicura francesa.

PIEL ÁSPERA

Si tiene la piel en bruto en los talones de sus pies, pero no endurecido - entonces le sugiero que utilice y viejos remedio chino.

Apague las piernas con vaselina / vaselina (grueso) - se coloca un par de calcetines viejos e ir a dormir, por la mañana te despertarás con los pies humectados, suaves y muy atractivo.

CONSEJO por el remedio chino: Evite esta haciendo en el verano ya que es muy desordenado.

As explained to you on my previous blog and notes on Facebook, about my love of the stiletto and my liking for heels. I attended an event, which dealt with the very same issues, which I mentioned in Edition 5 of my article on shoes and featuring the craftsmanship of Footwear Designer Lislie Yeung.

On 21st April, I attended the launch of a new workshop by Ex-backing singer and business woman Chyna Whyne. This young woman was a singer for the likes of Seal, and Peter Gabriel – she has now embarked on a Solo career combined with a business one. After suffering from excruciating back pain herself, she was introduced to

the Alexander Technique to help heel her condition – Chyna is also the doyenne of heels!

She has now created the first ever workshop that addresses the problems that I have highlighted in my previous edition about women wearing heels – badly! Chyna even got a wide variety of sponsors to help her with her business growth, such as the likes of L K Bennett, Twin Cheeks & Apple Bottoms. She studied the Technique for 3 years and is now a qualified instructor.

Personally, I am a lover of Stilettos - so I say …Hooray to this young woman for addressing these problems!

Je suis allée à un événement, qui adresse le même sujet, dont j'ai parlé dans l'édition 5 de mon article sur les chaussures et mettant en vedette l'artisanat de la chaussure Designer Lislie Yeung.

Le 21 Avril, je suis allée au lancement d'un nouvel atelier par Ex- choriste et femme d'affaires Chyna Whyne.

Cette jeune femme était une chanteuse pour Seal et Peter Gabriel - elle a maintenant entrepris une carrière solo associé à une entreprise.

Après avoir subi de douleur de dos atroce elle-même, elle a été introduite a la Technique Alexander pour aider soulager ses symptômes - Chyna est aussi une doyenne des talons.

Elle a maintenant créé le premier atelier qui aborde les problèmes que j'ai souligné dans mon édition précédente sur les femmes qui porter des talons - mal! Chyna a même eu une grande variété de sponsors pour l'aider dans sa croissance d'entreprise, tels que LK Bennett, Twin Cheeks et Apple Bottoms. Elle a étudié la technique pendant 3 ans et est maintenant un instructeur qualifié.

Personnellement, je suis une amoureuse du Stiletto et j’aime les talons - alors je dis ... Hourra pour

Asistí a un evento, que trata de la misma asuntos muy, que mencioné en la edición 5 de mi artículo sobre los zapatos y con la artesanía del calzado Diseñador Lislie Yeung.

El 21 de abril, asistí a la presentación de un nuevo taller de musica por Ex- cantante y mujer de negocios Chyna Whyne.

Esta joven era una cantante de la talla de Seal, y Peter Gabriel - se ha embarcado ahora en una carrera en solitario junto con un un negocio. Después de sufrir terribles dolores de espalda sí misma, se introdujo a la Técnica Alexander para

ayudar a su talón de condición - Chyna es también la decana de los talones.

Ella ha creado el primer taller cada vez que aborda los problemas que he destacado en mi edición anterior acerca de las mujeres el uso de tacones - mal! Bespoke footwear designer, with an obvious love for the vertiginous heel and stiletto…a woman after my own heart! The higher the better I say – her designs are obviously aimed at Booted Amazons and stiletto vixen who can walk correctly in heels of 4 to 5 inches. Personally I am both and can on both counts - so I recommend she comes to your considerations.

Dessinatrice cordelière de chaussures sur mesure, avec un amour évident pour les talons vertigineux et talons aiguilles ... une femme âpres mon cœur! Ses créations sont évidemment destinées à Amazones bottées et Mégère aiguillées - qui peuvent marcher correctement dans les talons de 8 a 10 cm. Personnellement, je suis à la fois un peut des deux cas - je recommande donc elle vienne à votre réflexion.

Diseñador de calzado a medida, con un evidente amor por el talón y vertiginoso tacón de aguja... una mujer después de mi propio corazón! Cuanto mayor sea el mejor, me dicen - sus diseños tienen manifiestamente por objeto amazonas calzada y zorra estilete que puede caminar correctamente con tacones de 4 a 5 pulgadas. Personalmente, me siento a la vez y puede en ambos casos - por lo que recomiendo que viene a sus consideraciones.

A love of all things Fur. This young woman is proving that fun, can be extremely attractive whether fake or real. Her creations are luscious and you could almost want to lick them. Just look at the fur stole in that fantastic colour combination – great with any outfit.

Un amour de toutes choses fourrure. Cette jeune femme est la preuve que le plaisir, peut être extrêmement attrayant si fausses ou réelles. Ses créations sont délicieuses et vous donne presque envie de les lécher. Il suffit de regarder l'étole de fourrure dans cette combinaison de couleurs fantastiques - complimente toutes tenues.

Adoring the female form is not hard for any red blooded male to do and this designer obviously does. He exhibited his fun playful, teasing and provocative designs at LFW. These designs are for those of us who are in shape and youthful. The draping is gorgeous and makes the garment sway and float around the female form, depending on how puerile you are the cut off tops could make you think twice – but we love it!

Adorer le corps féminin n'est pas difficile pour hommes avec du sang dans les veines et ce créateur les adore. Il a exposé son plaisir ludique, les taquineries et les dessins provocateurs au LFW. Ces créations sont pour ceux d'entre nous qui sont en forme et jeunesse. Le drapé est magnifique - le vêtement se balancent et flottent autour de la forme féminine. WHERE DID YOU STUDY FASHION?I did a BTEC in fashion design at Kensington Chelsea College, but most of my experience has come from being lucky enough to have gotten jobs in the industry, pattern cutting and designing.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN THE BUSINESS AND WHAT MADE YOU DECIDE TO START YOUR OWN BRAND?I have been working as a pattern cutter/maker for about 5 years now and I’ve decided to start my own label because I have a vision for how I want things to be in the Industry, and I don’t see any of it happening!

HAVE YOU HAD ANY SUCCESS SELLING YOUR FASHIONS?Up until now I have been doing one-offs and commissions.I had some soul-searching to do, so I went to South America for a year and a half, and got back at the end of last year. Since then I have been formulating my plan of action. This year I am completely focussed on starting and developing my label.

DO YOU JUST DESIGNS FOR ONE SEX OR BOTH?At the moment I design for women. It’s my first love and my priority, but next year I will definitely branch out into menswear, I think there is such potential for experimentation there.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE OF CLOTHING?I would say my designs are structured, feminine, expressive…I have an obsession with period costume, particularly corsets and all that they stand for, so I like to combine these theatrical elements with functionality to create clothes that make a statement but can still be worn.

HAVE YOU/DO YOU INTENT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY MAJOR SHOWS/EXHIBITIONS?Well, in a word yes! There are some competitions and shows I want to enter next year; they will be great for developing me and getting my designs seen. My biggest venture for 2011 is that I am going to be organising shows, showcasing my own stuff, and other people’s. Watch this space!

WHAT ARE THE CHALLENGES YOU ARE CURRENTLY FACING AT THE MOMENT?My biggest challenge right now is to find investment to further my label.I am working with the Prince’s Trust on their young entrepreneurs’ scheme, which is absolutely incredible. I am getting support and training in areas that I previously found intimidating (sales, business etc) and I really feel it is giving me the confidence I need to be able to approach people to invest in me and my label.

DESCRIBE FOR US – YOUR VISION/DREAM FOR YOUR LABEL?My label is all about being individual and beautiful. I think that people have forgotten how to dress; we are so obsessed with making things easier, faster and cheaper that we have lost sight of what it is to really take pride in our appearance. All you see on the high street is a sea of denim… I mean, jeans have their place, but why is that all there is?? Womens’ bodies are curvy, I want to celebrate that, not try to squash it…we look good in dresses, corsets, skirts…these are all things that make women look womanly. Essentially, I am a tall girl with curvy hips who has always found it really hard to find clothes to fit her.With my label I will to create a ‘build-your- own’ service, whereby I design and make the

clothes, but the customer has a say in how it fits; length, size, padding, whatever. We are all different shapes and sizes, so I want to reflect that.

WHAT ARE THE CURRENT GOALS THAT YOU HAVE SET FOR YOURSELF THIS YEAR 2010/2011?Finish my new collection by the end of the year. This one will be more on the ‘fetish’ end of the spectrum; lots of corsetry, theatrical style, that sort of thing. I am really playing at the moment, to see what it is that makes me the happiest to create. My other goal for early next year is to finish my collaboration collection in time for fashion week. I am working with an amazing print designer and I am really excited to see the collection finished and showcased.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT WHAT YOU DO?I love the freedom of expression that comes with what I do, but mostly it is the fact that I can dream up a design and then create it with my own hands, just so that someone wears it and looks and feels incredible. It is the most amazing feeling.

OU AVEZ-VOUS ETUDIEZ?J'ai fait un BTEC en dessin de mode à Kensington Chelsea College, mais la plupart de mon expérience est venu de la chance d'avoir obtenu des emplois dans l'industrie, en tant que patron de coupe et de la conception.

AVEZ-VOUS DEJA EU DU SUCCES A VENDRE VOS MODELES?Jusqu'à maintenant, j'ai fait un compromis et des commissions.J'ai eu un peu d'introspection à faire, alors je suis allé en Amérique du Sud pour un an et demi, et je suis revenu à la fin de l'année dernière. Depuis, j'ai commencée à formuler mon plan d'action. Cette année, je suis complètement concentré sur le démarrage et le développement de mon label.

CREEZ VOUS DES MODÈLES POUR LES DEUX SEXES?Pour le moment je dessine pour les femmes. C'est mon premier amour et ma priorité, mais l'année prochaine je vais certainement essaimer dans la mode masculine, je pense qu'il ya un tel potentiel pour l'expérimentation là.

COMMENT VOUS DECRIREZ VOTRE STYLE DE VETEMENTS?Je dirais que mes créations sont structurées, féminines, expressives ... J'ai une obsession avec costumes d'époque, en particulier des

corsaires et tout ce qu'ils représentent, je tiens à combiner ces éléments théâtric avec des fonctionnalités pour créer des vêtements qui font une déclaration, mais peuvent encore être portes.

AVEZ-VOUS L'INTENTION DE PARTICIPER A TOUTS GRANDS SALONS / EXPOSITIONS?Eh bien, en un mot oui! Il ya des compétitions et des spectacles que je veux entrer l'année prochaine, ils seront grands pour moi et ma marque. Mon plus grand risque pour l'année 2011, c'est que je vais être l'organisatrice des spectacles, mettant en valeur mes propres créations et c’elles d'autres personnes. Surveillez cet espace!

QUEL SONT LES DEFIS A CONFRONTER EN CE MOMENT?Mon plus gros défi consiste maintenant à trouver des investissements pour poursuivre mon label. Je travaille avec le Prince's Trust sur leur régime de jeunes entrepreneurs, qui est absolument incroyable. Je reçois le soutien et la formation dans les domaines que j'ai déjà trouvé intimidants (ventes des entreprises, etc.) et je me sens vraiment qu'il me donne la confiance dont j'avais besoin pour être en mesure d'aborder les gens à investir en moi et mon label.

COMMENT DECRIRE VOTRE VISION / VOS REVES POUR VOS ETIQUETTES?Mon label est d'être sur individuelles et belle. Je pense que les gens ont oublié comment s'habiller, nous sommes tellement obsédés par rendre les choses plus faciles, plus rapides et moins chers que nous avons perdu de vue ce qu'il est vraiment fiers de notre apparence. Tout ce que vous voyez sur la rue principale est une mer de denim ... Je veux dire, jeans ont leur

place, mais pourquoi est-ce tout ce qu'il ya?? «Corps des femmes sont courbées, je tiens à souligner que, pas essayer de le squash ... nous attendons avec bon robes, corsets, jupes ... sont autant de choses qui font que les femmes s'occupent de femme. Essentiellement, je suis une grande fille aux hanches sinueuse qui a toujours trouvé très difficile de trouver des vêtements à sa taille.Avec mon label je vais créer un «construire- votre-propre service, pour concevoir et fabriquer les vêtements, mais le client a son mot à dire dans la façon dont il s'intègre à la longueur, la taille, le remplissage, que ce soit. Nous sommes tous des formes et de tailles différentes, donc je veux en tenir compte.

QUELS SONT LES OBJECTIFS COURANT QUE VOUS ETES FIXES POUR ANNÉE 2010/2011?Terminer ma nouvelle collection à la fin de l'année. Celui-ci sera plus sur le «fétichisme» de l'échelle, beaucoup de corsaires, style théâtral, ce genre de chose. Je suis obligée à l'heure actuelle, de voir ce qui me rend le plus heureuse de créer. Mon autre objectif pour l'année prochaine au début est de terminer ma collection de collaboration en temps pour la semaine de la mode. Je travaille avec un designer d'impression incroyable et je suis vraiment excité de voir la collection terminé et mise en valeur.

QU'AIMEZ-VOUS LE PLUS DANS VOTRE TRAVAIL?J'aime la liberté d'expression qui vient avec ce que je fais, mais c'est surtout le fait que je peux rêver d'une conception et puis créer de mes propres mains, juste pour que quelqu'un se porte bien, style et se sent incroyable. Il est le sentiment le plus étonnant.

DONDE SE REALIZA ESTUDIO DE MODA?Hice un BTEC en diseño de modas en Kensington Chelsea College, pero la mayor parte de mi experiencia ha pasado de ser la suerte de haber conseguido el empleo en la industria, patrón de corte y el diseño.

¿CUÁNTO TIEMPO HAS ESTADO EN EL NEGOCIO Y QUÉ TE DECIDE INICIAR SU PROPIA MARCA?He estado trabajando como cortador de patrón / fabricante de unos 5 años y he decidido empezar mi propio sello, porque tengo una visión de cómo quiero que las cosas sean en la industria, y no veo nada de eso pasando!

¿HA TENIDO ALGUNA ÉXITO DE VENTA TU ESTILO?Hasta ahora he estado haciendo sin excepciones ni comisiones.Tuve un examen de conciencia que hacer, así que fui a América del Sur por un año y medio, y volvió a finales del año pasado. Desde entonces he estado formulando mi plan de acción. Este año estoy completamente centrado en iniciar y desarrollar mi sello.

¿CUÁLES SON LOS OBJETIVOS DE CORRIENTE QUE HA ESTABLECIDO PARA ESTE AÑO 2010/2011?Finalizar mi nueva colección para el final del año. Esta será una más en el "fetiche" extremo del espectro, un montón de corsetería, estilo teatral, ese tipo de cosas. Estoy realmente jugando en este momento, para ver qué es lo que me hace más feliz a crear. Mi otra meta para el año próximo es terminar mi colección de colaboración en tiempo para la semana de la moda. WHAT DID YOU STUDY AT COLLEGE? I studied Multimedia Technology & Design. The course included animation, graphic design, website creation & design, history of media & technology, photography, etc.

WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO GET INTO MODELLING?Everyone asks little girls what they want to be, most say princesses or pop stars – I said “I’m going to be a model!” My mother used to take me to photographic studios annually to get photo books (featuring…all me, haha) made. Obviously it was great fun for me, but it was also great to compare them year to year. I probably looked forward to those shoots more than my birthday! I still look forward to every job I book just as much.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING THIS? I booked my first paid job when I was 15 in Shanghai. It was a national TV commercial for a TCL mobile phone (known as Alcatel in Europe) and included me wearing this black sequined disco dress in one scene and a Victorian- style dress in another. We basically filmed another model and I walking up & down these stairs for 12 hours and I got to enjoy the embarrassment of my friends saying “I saw you on TV the other day in a big poufy dress!” for a few months. I’ve modelled on and off since that age (finishing high school, then university were priorities) but since graduating last year I’ve had more consistent work.

ARE YOU REGISTERED WITH ANY AGENCIES? WHICH?I’m currently represented by View Model Management and Agent Models

and registered with a few promotional agencies. Honestly so far I have found almost all of my own work and occasionally I get approached too, but I’ve only JUST signed with VM so hopefully they will bring a little more my way!

YOUR FEATURES ARE DISTINCTIVE DUE TO YOUR PARENTAGE – HOW EASY IS IT FOR SOMEONE SUCH AS YOURSELF TO GET WORK? In Shanghai it oddly enough isn’t exactly a benefit per se – usually companies are looking for either Chinese models or European models, not mixed. They really tend to go for one or the other. In London however it has been beneficial – I suppose there aren’t exactly a multitude of Oriental/European models around and having a different look does generate attention and interest.

HAVE YOU HAD ANY LUCRATIVE CONTRACTS – WITH WHOM? TCL (Alcatel) was a big one for me, and a lot of fun. Last summer (09) I booked a shoot with Adidas in Shanghai. We spent the day in a park in 40 degree Celsius heat wearing their autumn collection. It was a long day but we soldiered on and had a good time. Oddly enough I haven’t actually seen the photos, though they stated they were being used for in-store promotion.

WHAT IS YOUR BEAUTY REGIME? I pretty much do the basics: remove makeup, wash face, use toner & moisturizer. I do either a mud mask or moisture mask every week, occasionally an overnight moisture mask when my skin feels really dry. I also get my eyebrows threaded every 2 weeks and I do my own nails pretty much weekly.

DO YOU EXERCISE/HOW?I don’t have a gym membership though I’m always saying I want one. I love to swim and run though I don’t do either very often. I guess I can attribute my figure to good genes and the little things – practically living in heels, taking the stairs instead of the escalators. Yes, they count! I don’t exercise like I should. If I had a personalized routine and someone motivating me then I think I would.

WHAT ARE THE MOST ENJOYABLE JOBS/BOOKINGS THAT YOU HAVE HAD?This is a tough one, I’ve enjoyed most of the shoots I’ve had – luckily I’ve worked with a lot of friendly and enthusiastic photographers, MUAs and stylists (plus many lovely models). I usually enjoy the studio shoots more Location, although

Props and locations are easier to work with.

DO YOU HAVE OTHER ASPIRATIONS APART FROM MODELLING?I’ve always been drawn to the creative; the arts. When I was young, it was drawing. When I got a little older, it was fashion design. I used to doodle designs on my notebooks. I always thought acting would be amazing fun but I have a terrible memory so…! I’ll probably end up working for some big corporation as a graphics designer or something.

WHO IS YOUR FAVOURITE PHOTOGRAPHER? I do really love Peter Lindbergh’s work – very sultry and timeless, plus I just LOVE black and white photography, which he does a lot of. His photographyalways leaves me staring at the model in awe!

WHAT DO YOUR FAMILY THINK OF YOUR AMBITIONS? They’ve been supportive and they love seeing the results after a shoot. My dad offers great advice when I need it. My mother always has my latest photo as her mobile & laptop backgrounds and proudly shows them off to her friends. You’ve really got to appreciate your parents when they support your crazy dreams!

WHO IS YOUR MODELLING ASPIRATION/ROLE MODEL? I do look to women such as Kate Moss and Bambi Northwood-Blyth for inspiration – they have pushed the envelope and made names for themselves in the industry, both standing at a height of 5’7. Obviously in such a harsh business it is unrealistic to expect that as long as you’re good looking or different that’s all that matters, the truth is that the svelte 5’10 beauties will still dominate on the catwalk, in Vogue, in major campaigns – but it’s comforting to know that the possibility is there and a successful career can still be had.

WOULD YOU EVER WANT TO BE MARRIED WITH CHILDREN? Well, I certainly wouldn’t rule that out! However I would like the freedom and option to travel, do my own thing, you know? I don’t see marriage happening until my late twenties to early thirties. But you can’t really plan these things, can you. I prefer to take life as it comes and not worry

too much about things that far ahead.

J'ai toujours donnée à chaque travail que je livre tout autant.

QUAND AVEZ-VOUS FAIT CELA? J'ai réservé mon premier emploi rémunéré quand j'avais 15 ans à Shanghai.Il s'agissait d'une publicité à la télévision nationale d'un téléphone mobile TCL (connu sous le nom d'Alcatel en Europe) et inclus me porter cette robe disco à paillettes noires dans une scène et un style vestimentaire victorienne dans un autre.Essentiellement, nous avons filmé un autre modèle et je marche de haut en bas l'escalier pendant 12 heures et j'ai pu profiter de l'embarras de mes amis en disant "je vous ai vu à la télévision l'autre jour dans une robe poufy grand!" pendant quelques mois. J 'ai modelée sur et en dehors depuis cet âge (fin du lycée, puis à l'université sont les priorités), mais depuis l'obtention de l'année dernière j'ai eu de travail plus cohérent.

ÊTES-VOUS INSCRIT AUPRÈS DES AUTORITÉS? QUI?Je suis actuellement représentée par Voir le modèle de gestion et des modèles d'agent et enregistré avec un peu d'organismes de promotion. Honnêtement jusqu'à présent je n'ai trouvé presque tous de mon propre travail et, parfois, je me approché de trop, mais je viens juste de signé avec VM alors j'espère qu'ils apporteront peu plus un mon chemin!

VOS TRAITS SONT DISTINCTIFS EN RAISON DE VOTRE FILIATION - EST- CE FACILE POUR QUELQU'UN COMME VOUS POUR TROUVER UN TRAVAIL? A Shanghai curieusement il n'est pas exactement un avantage - en général les entreprises recherchent des modèles soit chinoise ou de modèle européenne, et non mixtes. Ils ont vraiment tendance à aller de l'un ou l'autre. Je suppose que je peux attribuer ma forme a des bons gènes et les petites choses - vivre pratiquement dans les talons, en prenant les escaliers plutôt que les escaliers roulants. Oui, ils comptent! Je m'exerce comme je le devrais. Si j'avais une routine personnalisée et quelqu'un pour me motiver, je pense que je le ferais.

QUELS SONT LES EMPLOIS LES PLUS AGRÉABLES / RÉSERVATIONS?C'est une question difficile, j'ai connu la plupart des pousses j'ai eu - heureusement, j'ai travaillé avec beaucoup de photographes amicals et enthousiastes, les clients de messagerie et de stylistes (ainsi que de nombreux modèles belles). J'ai l'habitude de profiter de l'atelier tire plus que location, bien que des accessoires et les emplacements sont plus faciles à travailler.

AVEZ-VOUS AUTRES ASPIRATIONS EN DEHORS DE MANNEQUIN?J 'ai toujours été attirée par la créativité, les arts. Quand j'étais jeune, c'était le dessin. Lorsque j'ai pris un peu plus design de mode. THERE A STORY BEHIND THE SONG?The story behind the song “she needs a gangsta” was based from what I saw happening to the girls from the up scale society (high society). They wanted more than just the jacket and tie type of guys, someone from the ghetto to rock their world.

I went to the studio with a friend at a recording session, while the instrumental was playing I started free styling and a popular radio station DJ heard me and encouraged me to start singing and that’s when I decided to channel the journey to pursue my music career.

I linked up with Payday Music in 2006 while on vacation in Jamaica. I have had great feedbacks while working with these Record Labels because they have all opened doors to bigger and better opportunities.

WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE DRAGUNZ? I am not signed to Dragunz Den. I am a unsigned member of Alliance in Jamaica but I am presently based in Antigua so having liked the sounds of Dragunz Den, I have decided to work with them.

Hello …as you know the nature of our magazine which is only concerned with bring New Artists, Designers in Couture Jewellery, Bag Making and Footwear…..we have unusually included a little something about a Production House which is representing an Artist – Carlus Turner – who is not actually signed to them…..That way you Lovers of the Mic out there may get an insider look.Dragunz Den Productions was founded in the Summer 05 in Heigh Fields in Leceister. It was a partnership which has now reverted to Sole Ownership by Carrez Warner. In 2007 Dragunz Den Productions moved to Antigua and has been based there since.Dragunz mostly works with Reggae and Ragga Artists, but Carrez has informed INN

TREND that he is opened to working with different music genre artists due to the fact that he has experience working with R&B, Hip Hop and various other genres.

Although INN enquired about the Parental Advisory on the album covers of most of their artists, we have been informed that it is of course dependent on the content, but that they believed that artists should be free to express themselves.

Carrez – Owner of DragunzDen Productions has told us that he does have songwriting experience and has written some melodies. Generally all of the recording in the Studios is done by him and to prove his measure of success we are happy

He confirms that Carlos does write 99% of all his lyrics and that he – Carrez/Dragunzden Productions is Carlos’s production label & Road Manager on his promotional tours.
