Description: PC-Extreme is a two-component(1:1 ratio), rapid curing Polyurea elastomeric crackand joint filler. It is self leveling, 100% solids withExtreme flexibility allowing 10-15% movement ofinstalled joint width. Product can be applied intemperatures ranging from -40ºF (-40ºC) to 120ºF(49ºC). Non solvent formula with low V.O.C.(1.72g/l). The resin and the hardener are uniformlydispensed from the cartridge and mixed through amixing nozzle utilizing a standard caulking gun. *Note: For use on dry surfaces only.

DIRECTIONS:While preparing cartridge for dispensing,keep cartridge in an upright position toprevent material from leaking out ofcartridge. DO NOT TILT cartridge untilready to apply material.

1. Shake cartridge vigorously for 1minute, then stand cartridge in an uprightposition for 5 minutes.2. Insert cartridge into dispensing gun.Remove plastic cap from the top of thecartridge. IMPORTANT: Before attachingnozzle, dispense a small amount ofmaterial into a disposable container untilboth materials flow evenly from thecartridge. Place nozzle onto cartridge andsecure by threading in a clockwisedirection.3. Point nozzle straight up and slowlyapply pressure to dispensing gun, movingthe product up through the nozzle until itreaches the tip, then dispense 1 stroke ofthe product into a rag. After purging airand balancing always point the cartridgedownward when not dispensing toprevent mixed material in the nozzle fromflowing back into the cartridge.Note:Joints may be overfilled and shaved in 45minutes (at 72º F ( 22º C).

Surface must be DRY and clean.New concrete must be a minimum of 28days old. For best results, re-cut jointswith a dry diamond blade. All dirt, oil,debris and grease must be removed fromthe joints and cracks being filled. Blowout dust from joints and cracks prior toapplying material.SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING

Applications: Use to fill interior /exterior control joints or saw joints onconcrete surfaces - Industrial floorapplications for heavy duty vehicle traffic- Keeps joints free of debris - Self levelingfor horizontal applications. Use for fillingcracks in macadam.

INSTRUCCIONES:Mientras prepara el cartucho para laaplicación, mantenga el cartucho enposición vertical para evitar que elmaterial se salga. NO INCLINE el cartuchohasta que esté listo para aplicar elmaterial.

1. Agite el cartucho vigorosamente por 1minuto, luego déjelo en posición verticalpor 5 minutos.2. Inserte el cartucho en la pistolaaplicadora. Vissez lebec sur la cartouche en tournant dans lesens horaire.3. Pointez le bec vers le haut et appliquezune pression progressive sur la gâchettedu pistolet à calfeutrer. Lorsque le produitatteint l'embouchure du bec, appliquez-enune petite quantité dans un chiffon. Aprèsen avoir purgé l'air et avoir équilibré lesdeux parties, assurez-vous de toujourspointer la cartouche vers le bas lorsqu'ellen'est pas utilisée pour éviter que leproduit mélangé reflue dans la cartouche.Note : Les joints peuvent être remplis et lissés en45 minutes (à une température de 72 °F/22 °C).

Les surfaces doivent être SÈCHES etpropres. Le béton frais doit avoir séchépendant au moins 28 jours. Pour obtenirde meilleurs résultats, creusez les jointsavec une lame au diamant pour coupe àsec. Les joints et les fissures à boucherdoivent être exempts de poussière,d'huile, de débris et de graisse. Enlevez lapoussière des joints et des fissures avantd'appliquer le produit.BIEN AGITER AVANT L'USAGE.
